I learned way more in this 8 minute video, than two semesters of schematic reading in school!🤩

@Norbert Klár hahaha. Nah it's just that we were all tired as hell in class cause we were working full time jobs and raising families at the same time, while the instructor would just belt out a boring ass monotone lecture for 4 hours straight. Ain't keeping anybody engaged or interested, let alone understand and comprehend.

As an electrical engineer in a brick factory, I come across the exact info in your video's that I use in practice. I am 25 and have been in the workforce for 3 years now, and the info in these video's are so clear! Love them, and learn some things too (The PLC Video's!)
    Keep up the good content!
Too bad most of my coworkers speak hardly any English. I would love to show them these video's for information about their machines and such!
    Love from The Netherlands!

      Hi Thomas,
Amazing to hear that! We are very happy to hear that our course videos our so helpful to you.
Unfortunately, we do not have any Dutch subtitles to our course videos for your coworkers. But most videos do provide the option to turn on the English Subtitles, hopefully that helps!
Thanks for your support, and feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions!

Sounds like this video helped a lot huh? It does have a certain appeal but have to be careful when he first starts just Ramps up quickly to page location according to the wire. I know you got it but there could be some out there that were lost at that point.

“Each of these wires has a tag number”. Lol, I haven’t had a good schematic laugh in awhile. Yes, we definitely hope there are line tags without jumpers in the terminal blocks or someone’s undocumented “better idea” stuffed in the panel. Excellent info as usual. A great channel for anyone and everyone. Thx.👍

    • @hobbesisreal6818

Unfortunately, what they pointed out as the wire "tag number" really isn't. Those numbers represent the PIN numbers on the device, not the wire numbers.

I had an error message on my machine at work. I explained how I took the error message in the hmi, and back tracked the street address to an area on my machine. I then locked it out and deep cleaned it with the air. I was standing on a ladder looking on top of a carriage when the mechanic showed up. He asked what was wrong and I showed him the picture of the error and how I followed the street addresses which led me here like bread crumbs. Then we both climbed up ladders and looked… there plain as day was the cable unplugged. Lol. He was the only mechanic that never laughed at me. He then went and explained everything I did to the electrical manager. I was told they went out to my machine and looked at my logic. Then promoted me to maintenance so I could learn more. 😊

The way I do mine, you can actually find the component and the wire by its respective label. For instance, if I have a wire that says 1B43C, that is a reference to sheet 1B Line 43, column C, and you can easily find the wire like reading a map. If I have a component that is labeled 1M1CB, that is a component on sheet 1M and 1CB is a reference to the first circuit breaker. The next circuit breaker on that page would be labeled 1M2CB. I have found this to be the best way to create easy to read electrical drawings.

Great job and thanks alot for your work!
Now, speaking from my little experience in automation way, this what you showed in this video it's only 50% saftey via Emergency Button! It's better to use 2 NC poles and 1 NO pole wich goes into PLC. In this way, you have better chance to avoid future problems in those contacts and is way more safety aplied to the people around. Cheers :)

Thank you for all the great videos! One issue REALPARS can consider is making new videos to show 2 wires/3 wires sensors etc. When and how those are used in fields.

I put together HVAC Control Panels for close to 35 years. In the early years, the wiring diagrams were hand drawn. Later a CAD Program, last job they wouldn’t buy a CAD Program. I used Microsoft “Paint.” BTW My drawings followed the Sequence of Operation, from the “On Switch” Except for the first couple years, were always done in color, matching the wire colors. Never understood why manufacturers, who would put thousands , if not 100 of thousands units out and wouldn’t use color wiring diagrams.
