It really comes down to speed. We use other software as well, but this is a cheap and accessible tool most people can afford. We also use tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, CrunchBase, there are many that we use for ourselves and our clients. In these videos, I like to provide solutions that we used when we had very little money and tools that are accessible to everyone. The best tool out there is the one that's in your hand sometimes, so you can get started with very little.

Depends on how the call is going, but typically the first call is the discovery phase and the second call is the proposal call. That's how we did it when first starting out, because we really didn't have our pitch dailed in, but now we make the offer right ont he first call

Should I follow up with clients that seemed super interested but that I dont hear back from?
Absolutely - You won't convert everyone as some of these people will be unsellable at this point, but we've closed many deals going back to "stale" opportunities that didn't move forward because of timing, budget, or whatever objection. Times change, and things change. Those people that were once Ghosts can become deals. There's magic in the follow up my friend!

I think Apollo is the best, but it's also expensive, so we try to recommend cheap/free/inexpensive options here to help people just starting.
