Your channel feels like its so much more direct because of the smaller fan base. When you look at people like Iman all their videos are as generic as possible to appeal to his crazy huge audience, but then take someone like you or Jorden Platten that show you get better with actual step by step action plans that are realistic for a nobody to follow.

I just recently started my agency and it’s been a rollercoaster lol. I took on two clients instead of just one for the trial and getting used to the software and overthinking about campaigns has been a lot but I liked how you simplified it especially with canva, and showing it’s not as big of a hurdle as it might seem. I’ve done sales for 20 years and I’d been sitting on my dream / plan of starting an SMMA and this is probably the 20th research video I watched and the biggest takeaway for me was you broke it down so simple and made me realize that I know and have everything I need, but specifically where and how to get my first clients and the concept of offering a 7 day trial, and using the giveaway as the best way to see quick results… that made a lot of things instantly click in my head and got me excited to move forward vs. watching another video!

The one thing that I found the most valuable from this video is the 'Insourcing' method of growing and scaling your team for your agency. The concept of knowing the game and training people yourself is much better while running a business, that way people can't fool you and most importantly you do not have to depend on someone else to run your business. I really like the "insource" vs "outsource. Everyone is preaching outsource all these businesses so its a breath a fresh air learning you can do it your self to get started and then grow from there.
I am new to your channel but you give out so much really good, genuine information that I believe you are great people to learn from and are here to help. Every tip you’ve given seems valuable when looking to start my own agency. I have not started yet but I’m the educating myself process. As a 34 year old single mom and cancer survivor, I’m ready to have something of my own and a way I can be there for my family when life throws me a curve ball or two!

Love it! You certainly have a great background for this space. If it feels overwhelming to start an agency, just start with one client. Keep your existing role and slowly build it up over time. Once it makes sense to go full on into your business, you can make that decision, but really it's just one client at a time. We managed a few clients on the side before we proved it to ourselves that we could do this full time.

I’ve heard other people say that it’s absolutely necessary that you niche down even to your name, etc. Being an established agency owner and trying to fit within that box is frustrating. I can create programs and offers for niches and closely related niches that make it possible to be appealing and add value. I've been designing posters and advert videos for local small business and the responses I'm getting show that these people need their businesses advertised. I found the giveaway method paired with the method of lead generation extremely helpful. I went into this business with the idea that id have to make content and websites for people but the idea of lead generation gave me the idea to make packages for clients to choose from with lead generation being the most basic and inexpensive option while content creation and website help/design being a more time consuming yet profitable option. Hey, I'm coming from a door-to-door sales background looking to own something and start my own business and cashflow. This has been one of the most comprehensive videos I've watched in relation to starting an SMMA and I've saved it to look back on, so thank you for that. One very important key takeaway from this video is to not BEGIN by outsourcing but to start to learn the field yourself. It makes sense even though most videos I've watched encourage the opposite, but it always stumped me because I didn't think that would be sustainable. Slow and steady growth is still growth and it seems to be more stable at that. i recently launched by business and during the whole planning process i had planned to just outsource the work that comes my way but i have changed my mind and chosen to first insource the work as this is better in the long run and i have to remember that this is a long term establishment not short term so working with long term in mind is beneficial.

Love it, great takeaways here. The networking events seem old school and slow, but I can’t think of one time we’ve gone to an event and stepped out of our comfort zone where something good didn’t happen. Typically a contact is made, referral, or the start of a partnership happens.
I just started my company recently and I've been watching videos NONSTOP to gain more knowledge so I can prepare myself. I think a great take away here was the giveaway during the trial period. I already planned on doing a trial period to get people to at least give me a chance but I think the giveaway is brilliant because it gives business owners leads they can use instead of just an increase in followers or engagement which can translate to profits later but I know a lot of business owners will see value in this right away! I found that insourcing is more valuable than outsourcing, and I will do this as it will give you the ability to sell that team and business in years to come which will be more valuable.

WATCH THIS VIDEO - No B.S. very little sales pitch on some "how to program"> Of course they offer one of the highest rated programs so he mentions it gently. However this video differs from SO MANY of the 'SMMA' "How I MaDE $10,000 in my first five minutes of business" videos that are out there. All the items in his well organized list are actionable and direct. He actually gives specific actions that you can then take and go find your own path. This video has value over all the thinly veiled sales pitches that are vague and void of actionable information. Thanks for being genuine man.

I’ve done sales for 20 years and I’d been sitting on my dream / plan of starting an SMMA and this is probably the 20th research video I watched and the biggest takeaway for me was you broke it down so simple and made me realize that I know and have everything I need, but specifically where and how to get my first clients and the concept of offering a 7 day trial, and using the giveaway as the best way to see quick results… that made a lot of things instantly click in my head and got me excited to move forward vs. watching another video!

The one thing that I found the most valuable from this video is the 'Insourcing' method of growing and scaling your team for your agency.
The concept of knowing the game and training people yourself is much better while running a business, that way people can't fool you and most importantly you do not have to depend on someone else to run your business.

Love it! You certainly have a great background for this space. If it feels overwhelming to start an agency, just start with one client. Keep your existing role and slowly build it up over time. Once it makes sense to go full on into your business, you can make that decision, but really it's just one client at a time. We managed a few clients on the side before we proved it to ourselves that we could do this full time.

The thing that resonated with me the most was the fact I need to stop procrastinating and just start. I have been watching videos on SMMA for months and not doing anything. Just bought a domain, google workspace email, and made a logo with canva. Made the website with the free google sites for now lol. Going to start trying to do out reach through emails to local businesses in my area to offer the 1 week free trial. I need to figure out how to make a facebook ads account which I am going to look into now.

I’ve heard other people say that it’s absolutely necessary that you niche down even to your name, etc. Being an established agency owner and trying to fit within that box is frustrating. I can create programs and offers for niches and closely related niches that make it possible to be appealing and add value. But trying to change everything and establish an entirely new business seems counter productive. Thank you for the common sense approach!! 🙏🏻😊👍🏻

This is exactly what I needed. I just lost my job as a traditional children's books illustrator to Ai generated content that's flooding that market and I thought I should try this stuff. I've been designing posters and advert videos for local small business and the responses I'm getting show that these people need their businesses advertised. Insourcing vs outsourcing. I planned on outsourcing right away but I’ve since changed my mind and will learn all I need to know to do it all in house and not outsource it.

I found the giveaway method paired with the method of lead generation extremely helpful. I went into this business with the idea that id have to make content and websites for people but the idea of lead generation gave me the idea to make packages for clients to choose from with lead generation being the most basic and inexpensive option while content creation and website help/design being a more time consuming yet profitable option. I appreciate this video truly THIS IS FREE GAME.

I used to work at an agency, but was miserable. I have the experience, but have always been afraid to take the leap, so I'm currently unemployed and doing some soul searching. Hey, I'm coming from a door-to-door sales background looking to own something and start my own business and cashflow. This has been one of the most comprehensive videos I've watched in relation to starting an SMMA and I've saved it to look back on, so thank you for that. One very important key takeaway from this video is to not BEGIN by outsourcing but to start to learn the field yourself. It makes sense even though most videos I've watched encourage the opposite, but it always stumped me because I didn't think that would be sustainable. Slow and steady growth is still growth and it seems to be more stable at that. i recently launched by business and during the whole planning process i had planned to just outsource the work that comes my way but i have changed my mind and chosen to first insource the work as this is better in the long run and i have to remember that this is a long term establishment not short term so working with long term in mind is beneficial.

Love it, great takeaways here. The networking events seem old school and slow, but I can’t think of one time we’ve gone to an event and stepped out of our comfort zone where something good didn’t happen. Typically a contact is made, referral, or the start of a partnership happens.
I just started my company recently and I've been watching videos NONSTOP to gain more knowledge so I can prepare myself. I think a great take away here was the giveaway during the trial period. I already planned on doing a trial period to get people to at least give me a chance but I think the giveaway is brilliant because it gives business owners leads they can use instead of just an increase in followers or engagement which can translate to profits later but I know a lot of business owners will see value in this right away!

WATCH THIS VIDEO - No B.S. very little sales pitch on some "how to program"> Of course they offer one of the highest rated programs so he mentions it gently. However this video differs from SO MANY of the 'SMMA' "How I MaDE $10,000 in my first five minutes of business" videos that are out there. All the items in his well organized list are actionable and direct. He actually gives specific actions that you can then take and go find your own path. This video has value over all the thinly veiled sales pitches that are vague and void of actionable information. Thanks for being genuine man.
