Destiny 2 | Crota's End Entrance OOB

Found a way to get down the hellmouth solo without building the bridge. Once you reach The Stills you can't really go anywhere because of turnback barriers, ̶b̶u̶t̶ ̶I̶ ̶g̶u̶e̶s̶s̶ ̶t̶h̶i̶s̶ ̶c̶o̶u̶l̶d̶ ̶b̶e̶ ̶u̶s̶e̶d̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶g̶e̶t̶ ̶a̶ ̶b̶o̶n̶u̶s̶ ̶c̶h̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶i̶f̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶a̶r̶e̶ ̶l̶u̶c̶k̶y̶ ̶w̶i̶t̶h̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶c̶h̶e̶s̶t̶ ̶s̶p̶a̶w̶n̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶y̶o̶u̶ ̶c̶a̶n̶ ̶s̶h̶a̶t̶t̶e̶r̶s̶k̶a̶t̶e̶/̶w̶e̶l̶l̶s̶k̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶f̶a̶s̶t̶ ̶e̶n̶o̶u̶g̶h̶ (EDIT: Apparently you cannot get the secret chest using this OOB :/)

I just did that and you can't advance past the drop point. I was impressed with the way you did it. I used strand and popped the super at the end to keep swinging until the drop

I used to be able to jump down there solo with no issues back in D1. But kept dying last night trying to get down there. It must be a new raid mechanic?

this can be used to immediately start first encounter after teammates finish bridge and checkpoint is hit

I just gotta figure out how to move around the abyss to do first encounter solo now. This skip could be something if we can just figure out how to actually move around the abyss without being killed by the out of bounds timer.

I can confirm it does work but it is not a reliable glitch for skipping or secret chests

Either Half-truths or The Other Half. Both can roll with eager edge and it's necessary to skate. Both drop in dares of eternity.
