@@robertahubert9155 he’s probably got stacks of letters flowing into the jail.
how come none of the united healthcare board of directors or executives are facing federal charges for all the patients that died from denying them health care and from their bad business practices?
Because they are millionaires and we are the working class and we have no rights. This is how the insurance system works!! All the people that died from denying health care, they don’t matter it’s like one more dead, because the CEO needs money for another jet plane!!
It is called business
So heartbreaking how he sacrificed for us all. They need to arrest the ceos and corporations making billions off human suffering this is so insane. What about all the deaths Brian caused. He should be charged too.

Of course they gonna throw everything at him, terrorism charges and all! They want to make an example out of him so it doesn’t happen again. It was that or making a quiet deal under the table so the story goes away. Since it appears Luigi won’t go down quietly, they will overcharge him with all their might to scare off any potential copycat.
Damn he even has a cool fresh haircut 😂
Jury Nullification
Not happening, LWOP
New York City has what is called Blue Ribbon Juries which are used in high profile cases like this. Those juries are made up of educated legal types who are almost professional jurors. They are usually made up of legal professionals, judges, and lawyers. Not the kind of people that do nullification.
@@Novusod if you look up law journals online, they say that blue ribbon juries are now obsolete

Pay close attention to how they spin the narrative. They will make it seem like only a small number of people will support him and make those who do out to be nutjobs.
Didn’t they originally say that he had $8,000.00 and $2,000.00 in foreign currency?

People have been complaining about the health care system for years. Nothing's changed.
And never will be.Because your corrupt system is runned by RIch corporations.
Cram all the BS about Luigi being popular with a small minority! The ruling class hates him because he refuses to let GREED rule our lives and not compassion. Luigi is the brother of all everyday working people. He is a political prisoner.
The fact that they are over charging this guy is the reason why he’s going to be set free
He's 100% not going to be set free

The victim was being investigated 🔎 by the DOJ for insider trading.. that right there tells you he was a greedy person. I don't condone violence, but this speaks volumes. Plus, the show of force of the police 🚔 they say it's because they were trying to stop any luigi sympathizer from trying to free him. 😂😂😂 which I find ridiculous. AG Alvin Bragg is definitely overreaching with his charge of terrorism. It's ridiculous. In my opinion, they need to keep it simple, and I think a jury would find him guilty of a second degree for 25 to life. It's sad, but that's how he would be. He took one for the team so to speak....

It's ridiculous they are charging Luigi with terrorism. All because it's a rich CEO.. The only ones terrorized are other CEOs thinking of all the people they've wronged.
Terrorism is the use of violence against non-combatants to achieve political or ideological aims. SUV guy didn't do it for ideology; Luigi did.

If this case is affecting so many American people , and if America is truly the most democratic country in the world where human right is the top priority, why can’t American people stand up together and demand for freeing Him? I don’t understand. American policy makers have a long history of pointing fingers at other countries’ 8:43 lacking of human rights, lack of democracy , but one look at their justice system , its corrupted, injustice only serves for the rich and mighty, just like many of us do
