Wow! I'm sold! You're hair looks like silk after using those products. I haven't used K18 in over a year but now I'm reconsidering when this conditioner comes out.
Hi! It’s so nice to hear from you again 🥰 thank you! I was impressed with the results myself haha. Their conditioner was definitely the missing piece in this routine. I feel like this is just the beginning of biotech in the beauty industry and I’m excited to see what kind of products and their effectiveness we will be seeing in the future. Happy Holidays and I hope you have a great New Year 💕
I swim a lot in chlorined water . I always you clarifying shampoo first then a regular shampoo. Do you know if the K18 shampoo is enough to remove chlorine before using the mask and conditioner?
Hi, K18's detox shampoo is formulated to target metals and impurities in tap and hard water which would include chlorine. It's designed to help maintain hair's vibrancy and to prevent dullness. It should also prepare your hair to absorb the benefits of the mask and conditioner more efficiently post swimming.
Love the treatment but the conditioner did not detangle my hair and felt so dry after using it. Had to follow up with another conditioner to get the knots out.

Hey, when this happened did you use the mask and the conditioner together?
Yeah they need to add some silicones
My same problem.
I thought when applying the mask, you WAIT 4 mins then Alppy the Damage Shield Conditioner
That is exactly what she said. Apply the mask for 4 minutes and then conditioner after the 4 minutes.
