Please look up my Aalo samosa recipe. The dough for papri and aalo samosa is the same. Fry them at low heat until golden brown. Can be stored at room temp in a air tight container for a month.

Bro, can i request for commercial style chicken kachori, filling is one thing but wrapping it is another that gives the perfect layers of crisp fried dough/pastry which usually is hard to achieve it at home , may be because of skills and techniques used at commercial level. Thanks man.
Honestly its all in the frying technique. TV Cooking shows have corrupted the minds of people that if you deep fry anything at very low flame the dish will be too greasy. Trust me its just a myth. If you watch a commercial cook or a street vendor frying aalo samosas and these kachoris you will notice that the they fry them at extremely low flame. These kachoris take upto 10-15 minutes to fry at low flame. They increase the flame at the very end, that helps to repel oil from the food. Basic frying technique hai. Try kerain. Wese I make these kachoris with raw meat stuffing. Kabhi share kerain gay recipe.
@@FoodScientist thanks man, i could not agree more with u. Cooking shows in Pakistan are mostly useless, its either there is pseudo chef or they get amateur cooks to shows to reveal their own full of flaws recipes.

INSHA ALLAH Zaroor banana sikhaye gay Mian Jee KI daal. Its basically made with 3 daals, masoor, channa aur mash. Its cooked with very light spices and some ginger. Sara kamaal desi ghee ka hota hai. They add obscene amount of desi ghee to the daal. phir daal kyon achi nahi banaye ge. Its a quite simple recipe. Im from karachi and I do a very different version of these same daal mixture. I call it BMW daal. Do look it up if you have time
Food Scientist I have seen BMW dal which is fantastic. It tastes great. They do some tweak with Mian G Dal (MGD) which causes that specific taste. I and so many others have tried to replicate it but that special taste of MGD never comes. I have seen your recipes and you really really understand spices and do incredible hard wok/ research on your recipes. I think if there is one guy out there who can do it, it’s none other than you .... the food scientist. I will wait for your recipe..... best of luck
