Hello, in one of the first rooms you walk into with the grey and the one orange locker. There is a poster on the wall that tells you to pull apart the little orbs for unlocking stuff! Just started playing last night and found that out lol
Am I the only fucking person that’s about smash their car because I CANT FUCKING JUMP NO MATTER WHAT I FUCKING DO?!?!?!?? What in the actual fuck were they thinking not putting in a quick guide to simply know the controls of the game. Plus the physics suck the backpack is shit and climbing the most simple things like a ladder is hell on earth. I know this game came out like a year or two ago but it needs some actual work on improving everything when it come to the stuff I’ve listed. ESPECIALLY. FUCKING. JUMPING.
Play the Museum level of Boneworks, or watch a video of someone else doing it if that isn't possible. You don't need to play or watch someone else play all of Boneworks first, as the story doesn't matter much to BoneLab, just that first area. It's literally a tutorial for how stuff works in the game, and pretty much all of it applies to BoneLab. They should have included a level like that with this game, but didn't for some reason. The climbing movement tutorial here isn't very good. To pull yourself up on a ledge, grab the ledge and push down on the stick to "crouch" and pull your legs up. Also, don't pull yourself up like you would in "real life". Instead grab as close as you can to the edge of a ledge and extend your arms and rotate yourself up and over with your arms fully extended the entire time. This helps prevent your body from getting in the way as much. Just dragging yourself onto something as seen in the video doesn't work very well, and you'll often fall off of things or end up getting partially stuck in the floor for a bit. If you get stuck in the floor, just move around a bit, crouch and stand, and try jumping. You'll eventually get unstuck. There is a prompt for the prize balls. It's just difficult to see and doesn't immediately show up. If you hold onto one with one hand and look at it you'll see two faint arrows moving away on each side in the air. It is easily missed though. Finally, you need to go into every available door in the lab area at least once before you can complete the puzzle, each door unlocks one element of the puzzle and it can't be done before entering. You don't have to do anything but go in and leave immediately if you aren't interested in messing around with a particular area. The area inside does not need to be completed.
I really need help I have bin turning off restarting everything but I can’t move forward the only way to walk is backwards but I don’t want to walk backwards I just want to play the game Pls help

1:58 This is a worse way of doing it Just grab the ledge and pull your hands down and walk forward, and your character will bring their legs up and then u can let go and they will stand up and step forward Jumping or crouching can make the physics go weird
I'm using Vive controllers and there you have to use both the index finger trigger and grip button at the same time to pick up items, BUT ONLY the grip button to put something in inventory, took some time to work out for me, but it actually makes sense that you don't pull the trigger on a gun to holster it - still a bit weird to when you pull it out, though..
The first part is like a tutorial/intro - you work your way down to the main arena but along the way grab the orbs and pull them apart and also smash up crates and look inside lockers. This takes you to the main arena area with all the zones.

Best way to reduce motion sickness during a big jump or anything in VR is to just close your eyes for those 2 seconds. Poof

Try bringing up
Your backpack in front of you and putting it in that way rather than over your shoulder - unless you’ve already tried that
You have to use both the grabbing and front trigger put the item behind your back and then release both triggers
