It probably doesn't need to be painted. If you want, you could paint the weathering and battle damage effects.
This could be something the Warpaints Fanatic maybe use here?

I do agree it doesn't need to be painted since it looks more like an action figurine than a miniature model for display or tabletop gaming. The weathering it optionable.
