I rarely have missed any performing artist as much as I do Dmitri. I am buoyed by the recordings of him in magnificent form and listen to them in amazement but also as an act of defiance against the cruelty of a brilliant life taken way too soon. La bellezza di personaggi di Verdi, particolarmente "Rigoletto" e "La Traviata", con quali ha vinto al anno 1850 a Parigi, a L' accademia di musica, precedenza di Opera Lirica italiana in presenza di rettore dell'Università Sorbonne: Victor Hugo il scrittore del novella: "Il re s' amús", sul quale fu creato il libretto musicato "Rigoletto". In lo stesso tempo fu musicato il libretto: "La Traviata" dopo novella: "Dama con camelie" di Alessandre Dumà (f) per la prima volta in presentazione scenica con vestiti da epoca concomitante. Ritorniamo al espressività poetico- drammatica intraciata a espressività musicale del personaggio Rigoletto, non è la stessa cosa con il vecchio Germont da Traviata, ni con il Conte de luna da "Il Trovatore" ,ni con Iago da "Otello" tutti baritoni Verdiani. 😕
