1:24 (just two seconds later) I explain what I did and what they are. Hope this helps.
Edit > Preferences > Add ons > and Enable "Node Wrangler". > Exit
Click on any node and press Ctrl + T

You need to install the node wrangler add on for this feature to work. Go to Edit>Preferences>Add Ons and then search for node wrangler and install it. It should then work, assuming you are using a fairly recent version of Blender - 3+
