I just got my clax cart yesterday and I've already put it to use. Loaded up the cart with my recycling boxes to take to the recycle depot and brought the boxes to the car in one go, then it was off to the grocery store. It will be fantastic not having to worry about remembering to bring a reusable bag with me anymore. Even if I need to pick up just a few things, I'm taking this cart into the store. Excellent build quality and so easy to move around and maneuver through crowded aisles and massive carts other people are using. I love my cart!!!

@@askmeforaballoon I'm sure I will get asked about where to buy it as well, but no doubt most are going to freak out over the price. At first, I did too and was questioning about going through such a large purchase. But after thinking it over for a month, I decided I deserved the luxury :) And I didn't want to buy something cheaply made.
Just the day before purchasing the cart, I was in Canadian Tire only going there for some lightbulbs. But ended up adding 3 small plants I couldn't resist and it was a struggle to get to my car without dropping anything. That experience was what did it for me. No more worries now
How loud are the wheels on pavement/sidewalks? Thanks
@@Pete-wf9bkthe cart is really quiet and glides smooth. The wheels are just as good, or better, than the type of wheels used with store supplied carts. Firm rubber but not hard as a rock. Being that the cart isn't just metal bashing against metal every time it gets bumped, there is no rattling noise or anything

I just received mine today and immediately took it to the supermarket. I had also purchased the extra basket for the bottom. This cart is a game changer for super petite people like me. I LOVE it so far!

I've been looking at this cart since last December. Finally got one with prime deals. I kept looking for it to be a lower cost, but not less than prime deals. I absolutely love it. I have not used it yet, but can't wait!! I've been rolling it around the house..LOL

I love it but the crate isn’t sturdy enough. It broke after my first time using it. I tried contacting customer service several times but received no reply. I’ll probably purchase crates from another company because I love the whole idea of having my own cart and it’s super cute.

Love mine had it for a couple of months now the brake got messed up do you know how to fix it?
I use mine for everything! Sorry to hear that. I would suggest contacting them and asking what you can do
I figured it out just unscrew the only screw holding it together and put the bar back in place all good now
You need to put the wheels before you unfold the cart.

I can't quite see what you are doing to lift the top shelf out of the way, can you not just pull it up? It makes a bit of a click, didn't know if I was doing it wrong

The wheels are great, they are a hard plastic ❤️
@@askmeforaballoon That's the problem, unfortunately. They can easily break. That's why you don't find those type of wheels on the premium carts, like Rosler or Travoy (bike trolley you can use with or without a bike). Maybe CLAX will improve their wheels.
@@GlobalAdventurer I haven’t had any issues with the wheels, been using the cart almost a year now. The wheels have no issues.
@@askmeforaballoon It will be an issue for me, because where I live there's cobblestone streets and lots of buckling uneven sidewalks. Plastic wheels would be destroyed. That's why my current trolley has rubber wheels. That cart is designed for short distances and regular streets and sidewalks, not uneven old sidewalks with cobblestones. That's why tourists lose the wheels on their luggage in cities with cobblestones. Thanks for answering my question though!
How is the cart when trying to go up and down stairs? Is it possible and/or easy to do?
Have you tried looking into those triwheel folding shopping carts? Those wheels are made for stairs. This cart, though nice, would give you a tough time if its not folded up going up and down steps.
I don't think model is designed for that. You would need triwheel cart or one of those shopping trolleys by ROLSER, because they have rubber wheels.
Almost 300$ yikes it’s cute tho maybe if it was bigger than yeah
