Glad you went with the R1 bro - I've seen and heard many stories about the Bmw's - I don't think they're all they're cracked up to be. I used to work at Bmw as a bike tech and the newer gen S1K's get A LOT of issues electronically and also engine failures. Not all of course but more often than the older gen bikes - which in my opinion looks loads better! I don't dislike Bmw as a company but personally I think they would be better off sticking to cars.

@@jobrookman3590 who cares what people ride doesnt matter if they use it to the max or not, do you shop everthing thats thrift or eat beans and rice all day? a liter bike is much safer than any other bike due to it having better electronics and better hardware all around. a 300 cant stop as fast or safe as a liter bike yet alone out accelerate dumb drivers.
@ that’s why a 300 is better because it shows you how to ride then rely more on electric that’s why they teach you on small bikes instead of big ones can’t learn how to ride properly if the bike is in control more then you are
