That foundation is cracking badly.
It does have some cracks as seen in the video. Looks like it has been like that since it was poured.

There are cracks in the foundation. You should investigate prior to purchase.

That's not a $170k cabin.
Whilst I see the potential for something special here you’d need to start again and knock down most of the buildings in my opinion.

I did not want to say it. I’m glad you said it first. Crumbling foundation, no electricity, 250 thou for 40 acres. The buildings can be used but; there will be a lot of work. No supplies close by. Don’t forget the milk. LOL it does look lovely. The price is a killer!!!!
