Hi Kyle I’m under contract on the Chet maginavich mansion in Bucks county Pa. I saw this mansion in one of your videos a month ago. The kids fell in love with it. Thank you for making videos on these beautiful homes. I wouldn’t be buying this mansion if it weren’t for you !! Keep doing what you do. Thank you for responding back to me ! Stop by if your ever in the area !!
Calling a log mansion a cabin is like calling a yacht a dinghy. Biggest problem with log homes is the cost of maintenance -- rechinking and restaining every few years, readjusting windows and doors to open and close properly as the logs continue to settle and shrink. You want to add an electric outlet after the home is completed? Good luck with that!
The last one the Walton Amish cabin for 88,000 was such a deal for a family to live off the land , it also seems to have hydro and woodstoves are much better for heating then fireplaces. Thanks Kyle , such unique places you find . This channel always amazes me.👍😏
You'll pull this comment: The Stone Gate Estates log home in WA last sold in June, 2020 for $1,450,000 and was recently listed at $1,837,482 but is off the market at this time. Obviously your $420,000 price was a couple dollars off! All of the structures in this video seemed under priced in today's market.
well, he didn't pull your comment.,but I too researched and found some of the properties, and none of them are currently for sale, or have ever sold at the prices stated on this video
@@ironlady2814 I agree. The WY property was probably a decimal point off. 389K? Try 3.89 million in that area. I guess the lesson is: if an MLS# isn't provided, you can bet it's clickbait and not real.
If people are snow bound and cannot get out in the winter, then it’s not worth much unless it was only a summer home. My in-laws driveway is 3 miles long. Four years ago it snowed so much that they had to call the county to bring an earth mover to plow them out. So at that time their 5K square foot home was worthless. County would have charged them thousands of dollars for plowing them out but a mile past their house is an old cemetery so the county had to provide access to it. No one has gone to that cemetery in well over 30 years. So if you get snow bound , your house is worthless. There’s a Log mansion on an island in one of the Great Lakes that is over 10K square feet but you can’t get to it or from it in the winter, so it’s been on the market for over 10 years and the price keeps dropping and the last I heard it was on the market for $400K
Another thing that turns people off to these types of secluded places is there’s little to no access to emergency assistance without a full on rescue team. If you’re snowed in for awhile you better pray nothing goes wrong.
Beautiful, beautiful homes, but I am extremely disappointed that we didn’t get to see all the rooms in the house that is the main purpose of watching these, so we get to actually get a walk-through through the homes that would be better next time other than that. yes, these homes are absolutely gorgeous.
hi Kyle nice video hope you guys be safe out there 🙏🙏🙏 I wish someone would buy it so that won't stay abandoned long because they are nice home, s for people to live in so please be careful and safe travels ❤️ you guys it is so sad that they are lift there
hi Kyle, are you just on social media, or are you a realtor, appraiser, something like that? How do you research? Do you get permission to go into the abandoned properties? is there any chance you have come across anything different or funky in the bluegrass area of Kentucky? I have just started looking for a place to possibly move, I am not in a hurry probably 6 months to 24 months, before the actual move, I am hoping to find something like and old church or diner that has been converted or wouldn't take too much to convert.
Great video, I really like the idea of having over 100 acres on a south facing mountain, also the Amish cabin looked nice for that price, but I didn’t see how much land came with it.
The Steel framed on could be completely remodeled and turned into a great modernist cabin. The first and second cabins, I love how they both have large square cut timber. Also love the modern lake cabin. Always great stuff Kyle ~ Keep Orange Crushing It!
Maybe you could share the agent who is selling these fine homes so a person could get more information and perhaps purchase. Just a thought that would be helpful.
Any links to these listings? I found the 1st place on the list, but the problem is that all that ranch has for sale is a single empty lot for half a mil, not a cabin...
I love log cabins ... when vacationing I always try to go with renting one (depending on where I am going of course) .. With that said I am not sure if I want to own one. I hear they are a lot of work.
Great video. Do you have any links or info you can share for the White Mountain cabin? I've looked and looked and not having any luck. Thanks in advance.
Hi Kyle, internet says that it is off the market. I'm looking for a cabin like the last one in this video in Wilton WI. Please let me know if you come across another one. Thank you.
@victoria jonas You have done great for yourself. I’m trying to get onto the housing ladder at 40. I wish at 55 I will be testifying to similar success!
I'm not sure where you found your prices. I would buy a log cabin state 400000 dollars. If one existed. I have looked up one that you said was $480000. And the reality is it's 1.5 million.
I have been looking at properties like these for over a year and there is no way these prices are correct. I don't know what Kyle is smoking but no fricking way. Yes, they all look amazing, and I would love to own a few at his prices. But he is way off... The video and properties were awesome, but he needs to do a more accurate listing of places like this with realtor info and MLS #'s on each one.
Although this says it’s been up for 3 months, the prices are no where near what you list on TH-cam. Each one is well over $1M. Gave you a thumbs 👎 Issaquah, WA 🇺🇸
It's all fake. Just for views. Prove me wrong, link me, the listing for the 200k one in Colorado .video posted 5 months ago so available or sold in last 7 months
Would you ever live in a log cabin?
If its the one in Finland(" Lake side") oh yeah no question!
@@TommyAlanRaines i would.
yup i would
I built one honing actual logs we purchased from a tree farmery.
Dream

This was incredible BS clickbait!! These prices were 25 years ago at least. The way America used to be before ESG

I call BS. These log homes are more than $2M each

Absolutely! On my favorite homes I didn't get to see all the rooms. I was very disappointed.
Yes if i can find a real good deal nice home with alot of land for the right price

Beautiful, good job Kyle
He is a liar!!😂
Can you link the properties. Having trouble finding them.
I found the colorado one, but it's off market, and was never at the price he is claiming.
Now Black Sheep farm is my deal. I could connect the guest lodge. But it's so cheap. I want to feel like I earned it. Something about Wyoming..
Wow. Those prices are incredibly low. Very nice.
People watch these and do not find them for sale, what's the story there?
Bogus listings.
Cheers for the video mate 😎 👌
I am interested in the Wilton wisconsin home. How do I proceed further???
I can’t find any of your deals for sale in the real market. How do I locate these?
Any links to these listings?

Very beautiful
You did a nice job locating and explaining the properties. Thx

We’d love to buy the one in Washington state if we were retired, or if there was a hospital nearby for my wife to continue to work as a nurse

🎉information on Wyoming house
Listed for $1.6 million in 2019. Not for sale today.
I always love your posts. Keep up the excellent work love. Canada
Where can you find the MLS o real estate listing info if you would like to purchase one of these houses?
Thanks
Do you have any addresses for any of these cabins? Are they still available?
@victoria jonas

@victoria jonas
Heard many good recommendations about ROCHELLE DUNGCA-SCHREIBER by some YT channels, Seminars and other platforms.
Why are there no links to these properties, or MLS #?
Because he's forgetting a couple of zero's on the end of the prices.
That Trenton FL property was nice. Bet that sold fast.
how many bedroom and baths is the first one how many acres ? plz ty and is it still available ty
Hi Kyle, how does one purchase any of these homes?
Man these are awesome 😍
Wow I saw at least 3 that I'm interested in. Great stuff as always Kyle!!! Might be time to retire sooner than planned...lol
Look them up, they’re million dollar homes. This narrator is an idiot
Wow 😨 that my dream there now
@kylemcgran can you share any specifics on the cabin in the White Mountains of Arizona?
BEAUTIFUL PLACES
The Black Sheep Farm cabin sold for $1,850,000.00 in 2018.
Stop lying to people!
Hmmm. These were bought and back up for sale for much higher than what you said they were. Black sheep farm is $1,600,000.00. Interesting.
Where can I find the WA stone gate estate link
It would be nice if you included the link to the property shown
These prices won't even cover the cost of the land, something is fishy.
How often are these listing available? 😮
do you get to keep the land?
Where can I find information on these properties?
How can I find these listings with contacts for the realtors?
Can you send me details in the White Mountain Arizona home (1st in video)
Your facts on prices are WWAAAAAYYYY OFFF! Black Sheep Farm is over 900k on Zillow...
Just became a member the other day. Was wondering if you had information on the stone gate house in washington
to be honest I haven't heard of it since this video but I will look it up right now! Also Thanks So Much For Becoming A member!
Yes that would be great to find out. Im in serious interest of that property. Thanks man!!
Can you please send any information about that house please?

I commented about this home but never got a answer back
Your Black Sheep Farm in Alta Wyoming isn’t for sale and it’s last posted price was 1.4million. Clickbait?
It's listed for 1,700,000
Keep potential forest fires in mind when buying remote land. The homes with forests below them are not ideal.
Post the bloody links for these for sale properties otherwise this video is pointless
No links because it's all lies
I've never got a comment back so I guess I will never find out more about these homes
I would but none of them houses are log cabins
Poor title with incorrect price information. Double check your information before posting.
Stop calling log homes "log cabins." Also, timber frame does not equal log construction.
