    The number 1 reason you cite is so on point for me (especially for the snatch). I find that when I lift at my max weights, it I just use the same technique I use for my warm up weights, trust the process and not try to get fancy, the barbell magically ends up overhead and it seems like it was almost effortless. It's when I deviate from proven technique I feel like I'm fighting a gorilla the entire lift and I miss.
    Your videos are really good. You should have more views, and definitely more likes (funny that people that presumably lift heavy weights overhead for fun can't make the effort to hit a like button, lol). It looks like you are in Columbus. I was there for work back in August and when I discovered the downtown YMCA near my hotel was not actually a gym, I googled "weightlifting near me" and found out Beyond Limits was just a couple blocks away. Had a great workout there.

    Please help! Actually when I am doing cleans, my feet opens faster before i can drop under the bar. My 2nd pull is high but I miss the right time. I tried all the drills but it's not really helping me.

    I have worked out in a traditional bodybuilding gym, weak floors, and "No Slamming"weight around rule,so my initial fear is "Dropping weights on the floor".
    Under heavy load my feet position even my technique goes out the window.
    Any advice or help.

      Weak floors are a concern. I would talk with the gym owner to see if there is a safe area to train where weights could be dropped, and if not, are they willing to create that space. If they're unable to support you, I'd be looking at other gyms to see if they have the option to drop weights for Olympic weightlifting.
