Just went through this today. Me and my partner were jumped by two porygon z. They paused me, sealed my moves, and completely immobilized me. It was terrifying. Being out if control Watching my partner struggle to fight them .
I can't remember how many times I went through this dungeon after getting wiped by Primal Dialga. What a grind fest, but beating him felt amazing. What a fantastic game.
I feel like this is missing the most vital part of the original song, that being the alarm that kicks in. The ticking of the clock tells you that you don't have time on your side, that everything is moving and the longer you don't complete your mission the more falls apart around you. The alarm that rings tells you that the time is up and you are not only running out of time but you have run out of time and you're struggling against what has already started.

Please let me know, i really want to know.

Just a Good Duck It actually sounds more like the ringing of, say, a church bell. I think that’d be the sound you’re looking for. In the original soundtrack, it’s most noticeable at about 42 to 44 seconds in.
Finally beat this game today... Temporal Spire was scary, but not nearly as bad as I remembered! I suppose experience and luck was on my side, and I'm glad for it. (Foe Fear Orb and then a Luminous Orb or Pure Seed works wonders for getting out of those monster houses)

If you struggle with a Monster House, try having a Pokémon with Rage or Agility. It's a life (or Reviver Seed) saver, trust me.
I'm usually a Pikachu so it results with me spamming Discharge.
Works well. Unless there is a Lightningrod in the room...
I find using an orb works best. Something like a petrify orb or for-fear orb tend to work well.
Alternatively you could have a room hitting move, or have an orb ready to deal with a monster house… or two. Or three
