Hello Robert!!! I hope you are okay and well my friend!! I have been meaning to write a review on this home for some time which I have been eager to give my perspectives!! But I could not get around to doing so until now!! Where I do begin with this house! The landscaping is on a whole other level with this house!!!! I have seen many homes in my times with great landscaping!! But this home takes the cake in landscaping!!! The walkway path leading to the entrance door and the shape of the top portion of the house looked like some kind of castle!!! Which looked really unique!!! I love an entrance door to a home and the color of the door leading inside the house looked phenomenal!!! Once you walked into the home! And you showed the office space to the right!! I found that office space breathtaking!!! Everything from the staging of the desk and every ounce of little things in that room showed elegance and attention to detail!!! The decor of the room really stood out in that office space!! and the lighting that came in from the window added beauty to the room!!!! That additional hidden storage area that was captured in your video walkthrough really captured my attention!!! That is something you do not really get the opportunity to see in a home!!! A hidden compartment that can be filled with anything!!! That is something I would not mind seeing in my future dream home!!! The dining room table with the wine storage shelving was out of this world!!!! The decor was well thought out to use that wine rack as a backdrop to the dining room table was high class!!!! The numerous cabinets surrounding the wine racks added a great touch to the amazing decor!!! The living room area and the decor chosen within the room made the room feel grand and inviting!!!! The hardwood floor in the living room looked perfect!! I also noticed in the video that the flooring leading before the hardwood floors matched the color of the stairway patterns leading upstairs!!! Another nice touch!!!! I loved the color of the cabinets chosen in the kitchen area and the large island added to that great touch of the color of the cabinetry!!!! Everything just felt right just looking around the entire room!!! The dining room table in the kitchen area and the large window looking outside was just sheer beauty!!! The lighting design above the dining room table added another great touch of elegance!!! Let me say this to you Robert!!! That very first bedroom you walked into from leaving the washer and dryer room almost made me fall to my knees!!!!!! I have never, never in my life seen such a bedroom as the one I saw on the first level!!!!!! The stone work design on the wall just took this house to another level of capturing my every attention!!!!!! That bedroom almost looked like a room fit for a king!!!! And the lighting decor chosen in that bedroom I have no other words to describe than to say WOW!!!!!!! You know very much that I am into lighting designs in a home!!! And I have never seen a lighting design chosen like the one I saw in that bedroom!!!!! AUSTIN TEXAS has my attention!!!! I also loved that bench at the end of the bed that looked so unique that it adds to the amazing decor of the bedroom along with the barn yard style door design!!!! Just this bedroom alone sold me during this video!!!!! The bathroom decor was on a whole other level!!!! KUDOS to the elegance of the tub, the walk in shower design, the flooring chosen for the bathroom!!!! ALL WOW!!!! The large walk in closet just took my breath away!!! The second bedroom was just above the word elegance!!!! The entire decor chosen for that second bedroom was well thought out!!!!! The panel design behind the bed!!! The bed itself and the large windows and bathroom design was well thought out!!!! NICE!!! I also noticed that the flooring chosen for the first bathroom matched the exact flooring at the entrance!!!! Very well thought out that captured my attention!!!! I absolutely loved the little nook area upstairs that can be used as a reading!!!! There is something so nice about the walkway through the upstairs area just took my breath away!!!! Those are things people overlook!!! But it captured my attention!!!! I loved every ounce of the play room and the pictures on the wall does that room no justice!!!! Amazing!!! I loved the television room with the large chess set pieces!!!! That chess set had my attention!!! Along with the furniture decor in that room!!!! There is so much to unpack in this house that I can write a review for an hour!!! The backyard before I end this review was just breathtaking!!!! At the end of a long stressful day!!! This is the kind of home and backyard I would like to come home to!!!!!
