Hey man, i just recently started fishing like 2 weeks ago (decided to go with fly fishing), and just wanted to say i probably watched ALL your videos! Really good content, very informative, beautiful views and always a good vibe! Learned lots from you, from gear, to respect and handle fish and even a few (vancouver middle of the city), places to go. Any ways, thanks man, keep up the good fishing and vibe 😂👏💪
Welcome to the addiction Bruno, you made the right choice haha. Thanks for the kind words! Hit me up on instagram and you should jump into the discord and hang out and ask questions if you have them, or just show off the fish you start catching on your fly rod ;)
Already follow you ig (is my company account bc i dont have a personal one 😂), also already on you discord as well, just shy and havent aaid nothing. Will message you on ig!
@@crankbaiter_fishing if it was raining some of those rocks would be slippery and more dangerous for sure :). You should see one of the rivers people fish for salmon here... That thing has killed a few people! Capilano River in case you're interested. When the dam releases and 2 meters of water comes at you .. GG
Thanks man! Yeah it's definitely a good testing ground for different fly sizes, presentations, etc. Do you think the stocked rainbows are in the deep or should I have tried an indicator rig out just a few feet deeper and made some coffee!!
@@RosinFlyFishing I think they are pretty deep or hiding in structure that is hard to get from shore. I haven't seen any, even bombing casts into the middle of the lake with a trout magnet like 20-30' down.
Air lock :) i love them. For still water get a 0.5" one, while the 0.75" and 1" are good for faster water in rivers and for heavy nymphing rigs in rivers! Also there is a new brand I haven't tested called Oros that have a similar design and look great! Both screw on and off easily and you can loosen them to slide the indicator up or down and tighten again in seconds. Very convenient
@@RosinFlyFishing Oh ok, I was thinking along the lines of if there's fish spawning they have to get to a decent size to do that but now realizing its stocked could change that. Small dumb fish are fun too don't get me wrong.
Haha we all healed up now :). It was a fun little adventure, I always enjoy a new spot. Take care of yourself as well! How are the flowing waters treating you this summer?
@@RosinFlyFishing Glad you healed up! As I'm sure you know flows were crazy here in Utah early spring, but now they're good, lakes are full and rivers are clear! I'm heading out to fish & film this evening! Take care Rosin✌️
That looks so cool I would love to fish it
It's a nice place to hang out and fish :) would be great for a picnic or family outing

You're surrounded by gorgeous country!
I can't complain!
What a beautiful and dangerous spot
Haha why dangerous? Definitely pretty
@@RosinFlyFishing isn't it a slippery ledge where you got down from?

Beautiful looking water! I thinking stocked or not there should be a couple/few bigger fish deeper in the lake. Nice video as always.
Thanks Colin! :). Yeah would be cool to fish deeper some time!
beautiful video Rosin! Hope you are having a great summer !
Thanks mate! Been a pretty great one here with some sweet videos coming up! How about yourself?
@@RosinFlyFishing looking forward to all your vids Rosin! Yup going to do some fly fishing soon, hopefully won't get skunk =)
@@headfakez good luck sir! :)
This is like THE lake to train your dry fly game. So many willing cutties. Great video!

Watching the fish take the dry fly is so fun! Great video, relaxing music!
I agree! And thank you :)
what kind of indicator is that i bought some and they wont stay on my line

What water body is this? I’m in Surrey! Love your videos dude!!!
Message me on instagram or jump into our discord chat group, happy to share!
What a gorgeous place, I wonder if there is any giants lurking in there or is the lack of high temperature and low nutrient levels stopping that?
Actually this lake is stocked with rainbows but rarely fished so I think there could be some serious lurkers in the depths!!

@@rhetzkyflyfishingrumour is this lake has some huge bows, but they can be hard to target from shore. Perfect place for a float tube though.
