The king of weird boats is back! I only have the tier 6 so far, and I've set mine up almost identical to you (Though I don't have AL Saint Louis). I have been struggling to find the play style this ship needs, and it definitely is not a ship your average taters will gravitate toward. I'll throw some extra love into her speed and try out your play style and hope it finally clicks.

Its interesting that this ship doesn't suffer from the same problems as odin, fast shell velocity low pen but it doesnt overpen cruisers much maybe its ap is shorterfuse? And doing anything against something wich has 406s is just pain u have 0 ways to bounce them thats why ill probably like the t8 more because it has actual belt armor.

Not sure, looks like the AP shells are nearly identical as far as speed pen, and fuse. Could be Odins accuracy
