One of the most inhospitable places on earth 🌏 [S5 - Eps. 52]

  • In this episode I am riding to the Skeleton Coast. This is considered one of the most inhospitable places in the world and the coast line here is littered with shipwrecks. The San people call this The Land God Made in Anger. Even though it is wild, rough and inhospitable, I don't want to miss exploring this part of the world!

Most 1/2 hr TV shows are weekly and only go for 8-10 episodes. Noraly is producing 3 per week. Without writers, film crew, editors, or advertising budget. And now up to 51 episodes this season alone! WELL DONE AND GREATLY APPRECIATED.

In 1980 flew from Cape Town to Windhoek with Swiss friend and then we hired a car and drove to Etosha via Tsumeb... Into Namutoni Fort... Then Halali.. Then Okukujo... Then down to Swakopmund...
Most astounding thing was the miles and miles of flat desert all around as shown so well here... Then a couple of Sable Orynx watching from a distance....

I wonder is it is always the same 70-80 peeps that give a thumbs down? In which case…don’t come back! As the vast majority I am still in awe of Norally and her intrepid adventures.

Been there on a truck and was amazed then that anyone lives there. Breakdown in such a place is unfathomable. A very brave lady to carry out such a journey.
