@@LJ1st1 depends on how Kira is killed. if his head gets squished or badly damaged before his death, then he would have no memory. But if he dies normally in any other way, then he is a spirit with a vengeance and will be like his father.

That actually posibble. In novel Kars, he pretty much adapt and have all Stands ability including The World and he can use it all. Its not a canon fiction but it show what happend if he still alive. If he got a knowledge how CT work, he can basically have it and learn it.
Because of how Domains work by the their nature of guaranteeing a sure-hit attack, having Diavolo make a sort of binding vow works here, sort of like how Sukuna’s Domain works. (I also wanna point out that his still has his stand in the form of a shikigami, like The video explained so Diavolo isn’t entirely just a dude) In exchange for being unable to make direct attacks onto opponents while in his Domain Expanison (Time skip), he can use his Domain a lot more frequently while not draining his CE and frying his brain. It would also expand his domain area a bit more to make up for the major lack of what normally makes a Domain viable. He can also still do his blood trick of blinding his opponent since that doesn’t count as a direct attack while in his domain, thus not violating the binding Vow.
And also, not to mention it's completely useless, since he uses King Crimson to delete unwanted parts of the future and avoid destiny, without using the ability he is as bound to destiny as everyone else
I think Bites the Dust could be a Maximum Technique instead of a domain if we rework its effect a bit. For a better translation, he still loses the access to Killer Queen (albeit in this interpretation maybe temporarily only) but the caveat is that he manipulates perception/memories instead of the physical world. So, by activating Bites the Dust, he'd revert someone's memory to 1 day before. This limits its range, but also makes it so that he can disorient his opponents mid battle and doesn't run into the issue of either multiple domains or a hyper-specific ability case imo
27:14 I feel like infinity would be erased in skipped time, but because diavolo cant touch people during this, trying to time a hit like he does in the series might still be met with infinity
King Crimson allows only Diavolo to experience up to 10s of time. If Gojo doesn't experience those 10s, Infinity can't activate so Diavolo passes right through both infinity, and Gojo.

@@Loppedofflemons Pillarmen and Vampires both have limits to regen if they dont have downtime, its just that the limit is very high, for example Straizo would have died to those grenades had he not trained specifically to recover from such devastating attacks. If most normal vamps have a limit and that also means that most pillarmen also likely do as well cause how else would Kars have killed his clan of immortals if they could infinitely regen.

Correction of DIO's use of time stop from around 9:15 cause your half right. Jotaro is unable to spam it however, DIO can spam timestop due to being a vampire. At most seemly we see DIO use time stop inbetween seconds of each other.
This is untrue. DIO is never seen spamming time stop any quicker than jotaro, and jotaro outright says time stop takes a few seconds to recharge. Most people cite DIO “spamming” it as the polnareff scene, but 1) if he COULD spam time stop he would’ve just killed everyone by spamming it getting close and killing them. 2) in the polnareff scene, enough time passes for him to realize he hasn’t walked up the flight of stairs, then retry. Which easily could be a couple of seconds.

Dio freezes his own blood in order to freeze anyone who touches him so I don't think Urame freezing his head would really work. Also he can sustain a certain amount of damage to his head, and does not die instantly to hamon like curses to rct (ex. being split down the middle with a hamon infused sword, stabbed through the head with a rapier.) overall nice video tho 👍
Oh yea I completely forgot about that freezing aspect tbh 😭 I would think Uraume’s ice still might have a chance to immobilize him at least, since their ice manipulation is much more potent, but I agree that it would be hard kill him that (maybe not impossible depending on what the extent of their power is/what Dio can resist) As for the other point that’s a good point too, I should’ve been more clear since I meant completely destroying his head (probably with some RCT attack) but it sounds like I’m just referring to any regular headshot

I think a better in-story interpretation is that MIH is an Open Domain that affects the universe, and instead make Pucci occupy a 'not quite the bad guy but not quite the good guy' role, where his goal is to remove all cursed energy from the world and in doing so attain "Heaven." Seeing how the JJBA in universe explanation of "Attaining Heaven" is being able to "see ones destiny and thus being able to make peace with everything that happens in your life," Pucci still having that goal would make sense, and if we imagine that Dio and Geto were well acquainted (which I personally can't come up with a real reason why they wouldn't be aquatinted,) then I don't see a reason why Pucci wouldn't be able to plausibly live up to the successor of Dio's Heaven Plan especially if we imagine Dio dies in Shibuya to Jotaro (because of The World being almost essential for circumventing the Green Baby and it's version of Infinity,) as long as Dio did infact use the people in Shibuya in place of the convicts in the Prison for the catalyst used to manifest the Green Baby. Pucci would find himself opposed to Kenjaku and the Merger since that's the idealistic antithesis of what the Heaven Plan is, however because of the Culling Game's barriers Pucci can't get to Cape Canaveral for the final steps in fulfilling the Heaven Plan, and even if you want to entirely excuse the necessity of Cape Canaveral for the evolution of Whitesnake, to C-Moon, and then into MIH; then you could just use the barriers as the sole preventative force that stops Pucci from doing a 100% completion speedrun of the entire universe full stop, and the only reason why he joined the games instead of getting his WR Split for that 100% Universe Completion run is because of Jotaro joining the Culling games (who only joined the games because Kenjaku did to Holly what he did to Tsumiki.) But idk maybe I just thought a bit too deep into the whole thing lol
Honestly I think Ultimate Kars would be the deadliest person in the verse if you translate his abilities into JJK. Mainly something you didnt go over is how he has the dna of every living being on Earth and his ability to not only just instantly learn and perfect techniques like hamon but are able to perform them 100x stronger. So he would possibly have the cursed technique of every family in JJK in his dna (since innate techniques come from the right prefrontal cortex of the brain and can be inherited) and are able to use them far better than anyone (even most other villain's CT in this list since they operate on the same power system). Gojo's 200% Hollow Purple? Try Kars' 20000% Hollow Purple.

JJK killed itself in this matchup by making CE techniques a concretely biological thing. That's not even getting into how soul = body in the verse. Kars is an unholy combination of Toji and Mahito that can copy any technique, physically dominate any opponent, and dynamically adjust both his and his opponent's abilities and immunities. Even if you hamstrung Kars by saying he's not ultimate, his basic power set is more or less a hard counter to JJK provided he has time to level up before facing Sukuna or Gojo
Ultimate Kars shouldn't have any trouble against any of the sorcerers including Gojo. Since we're assuming Kars has a Domain, he should bypass Infinity due to the Domain Expansion's Sure Hit effect. That coupled with Kars' physical superiority and insane regeneration and he's the clear winner in my opinion. Especially if we want to assume his vastly superior intellect makes him capable of tanking Gojo's domain. Which, Gojo would likely have to try to succeed in a Domain Clash to even pull off, which I feel would be difficult against Ultimate Kars. Regular Kars would definitely lose.
Honestly, I think Kira's domain should be entirely different, like a fourth bomb. The first and second bombs are straight up explosions, so that could be his cursed technique. Bites the dust takes a lot of set up to pull off, but thats not necessarily how a domain works. For his domain, I think it should have some thematic connections to the ghost alley. Yes, im kinda going into dead man's questions territory but BTD as a domain expansion is just weird to me
What about stray cat's bomb as a sure hit? It's a ranged bomb, so it could be something like "anything in my domain becomes a bomb Kind of like Bambietta from bleach, whose reishi makes bombs
@@mortalrangerstray cat's bomb is just the bubbles + first bomb, he can kind of apply it to anything if he got the chance. A giant bomb could be kinda cool, but it's fairly uninteresting and out of character given how Kira isn't really the type for mass destruction
The thing with Valentine is his stand is his soul In the most literal sense even for this type of thing It would make sense mostly with this type of system that you're building on He transfers his stand multiple times to other versions of himself which transfers his memory and just about everything else
The thing with pucci is that it can be argued that all 3 of his stands can be considered the same one, kinda with echos and its acts. Since its the same thing just taking in different forms and abilities, which makes this really hard to turn into a cursed technique and domain. Though I like with what you've done with it

One thing i realised is that time stop is actually a hard counter for infinity. Because CTs require a constant flow of CE to maintain said technique so while time is stopped infinity can no longer be maintained with CE. For example if higuruma taking someone's CT/CE is like him cutting off the electricity, time stop is stopping the flow of electricity as a whole. Infinity wont be active during stopped time because of this.
pretty sure it would be up still since it was being supplied as time was stopped. imagine a bottle with a leak at the end of it while its being filled with water. even if you stopped time it would still have water in it

@@odeiomelaoInfinity works by sorting things within it's range and slowing them down But I don't think it can sort things that Gojo cannot perceive, and the thing that makes this broken is the Six Eyes as normally invisible attacks such as Dismantle and Cleave that wouldn't be able to be seen by other sorcerers would be visible to Gojo since he basically sees in Cursed Energy like an infrared camera So basically, Infinity needs Gojo to perceive something and then he'll automatically stop it Gojo cannot perceive something if time is stopped, and Infinity takes time to stop things too (Albeit a really small amount of time, but time nonetheless), so DIO basically moving while time is stopped would be able to bypass Infinity.
Gojos infinity is completely automatic at this point, they make a point of explaining that he has it active 24/7 now and specifically trained so it works automatically after getting folded by toji.

Comparing jjk to jba is so interesting because these top tiers interact in such weird ways. Like I don’t think jojo fans will deny that generally speaking Toru beats Tusk Act 4. Howevever, looking at Gojo’s skillsets, I’m not sure if any of Toru’s calamity would insta kill Gojo and hollow purple just being something that doesn’t exist within logic is a hard counter to Toru. Meanwhile, Tusk Act 4 is probably too fast (attacks were still active during time stop) and durable for gojo. And his specialty is breaking through “infinite” dimensional barriers so Tusk Act 4 molly wops Gojo. Kind of got some cool rock paper scissor stuff goin on
Hollow Purple does technically exist though It's an ability that technically can be resisted and is not just objectively an amount of mass that doesn't exist Psure that if that was the case it would just delete things (which is not what it does, just look at Sukuna surviving it twice with raw cursed energy reinforcement)
I think tusk act 4 moving in time stop wasn't due to sheer speed but rather tusk act 4 manuplation of gravity and its a big if Johnny can even use infinte rotation since he needs the horse

I think you missed a big part of why Bites The Dust is so good. Once a person discovers Kira's identity, BtD remotely activates killing that person and resetting time. One part you left out is that once time resets that person, regardless if they discover he identity in this time loop, they are fated to explode unless Kira withdraws his stand.

the thing is, Pucci could take those things without any changes made to his stand, since white snake's ability isn't to steal abilities/souls, it's to steal anything, he is even able to steal sight, so really he could steal cursed energy and cursed techniques and so much more, it's a pretty fascinating ability/stand, shame we didn't get to see him use it for longer
He cant steal anything, he can only steal physical functions and stands. So more abstract stuff such as heat, light, friction are things he cant take away since we’ve seen him do nothing of the sort. So basically he’s limited to the physical body + orders he gives in regards to his powers with the exception of stands as they are a manifestation of a persons fighting spirit and pucci can take mental stuff away like memories

why wouldn't the slash that sukuna used to split gojo not count as a "non-existent" attack? it was sudden from gojo's perspective (who isn't a slouch in speed), bypassed the infinity (which would theoretically prevent most if not all calamities from actually hitting gojo) and was essentially a replica of mahoraga's adaptation to the infinity

Sukuna's world cutting cleave is just an attack which can target and interact with space which is a very real thing, just because someone could not react or defend against it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. If I died of a heart attack and the doctors couldn't figure it out that doesn't mean heart attacks don't exist.
This was a great video! I'm very behind on JJK so I can't do much on theorycrafting, but I love the ideas proposed for every JJBA character. Having Bites The Dust manifest as a remote domain is actually pretty interesting if you ask me. Narratively speaking, the idea of Tooru vs Mahorago is one that seems super exciting. A being that can adapt to anything in the world versus the world, turned against it. Watching it forced to adapt to everything that hits it as Calamity ramps further and further up. Jojolion's theming around nature and nurture seems like it'd come into play here too!
7:18 Now that I think about it, Ultimate Kars can regenerate from essentially nothing. During the Volcano fight, he could have just shot a piece of himself off the rock and regenerate from that part. Additionally, Kars should be capable of making infinite clones of himself. Not in the context of this video, I just mean in retrospect. 9:15 Actually, DIO was eventually going to be capable of that if he wasn't killed that night. The Jostar blood didn't even have enough time to fully kick in, as the fight itself only lasted maybe a minute after he got the blood. Had his body been fully realized, and he kept training his use of the world, he would have achieved permanent time stop.
Yeah, Kars COULD have done that, but he didn't think he could do that, likely his own understanding of things didn't quite give him the creativity to do that trick, a Kars that would do this wouldn't have fallen for alot of Joseph's plans. His prime weakness is his very Hubris. As for DIO, yeah that explains why in the Fighting Game, DIO's ending has him drink Jotaro's Blood which accelerates his body's realization and he proceeds to pull a Permanent Time Stop

Wonder of u calamities has shown to use other people’s abilities against them and cast illusions, and so much more, as it has logic manipulation, probability manipulation, mental manipulation, karmic retribution, aura, durability negation, flow manipulation, power nullification, homing attack, perception manipulation, calamities energy manipulation, and for Wonder of u himself, he can teleport, levitate, intangibility, phasing, surface scaling, extra sensory perception, and abstract existence type 2. By the way, infinite rotation and Go beyond are not the same level, as one goes beyond logic and the other does not. the infinite rotation is still within logic and, as such, could be controlled by calamity, and there’s only one person in the canon that can bypass calamity, and that’s Go beyond. and remember this: everything under heaven and Earth can be used as a weapon for calamity, such as one’s own abilities, their own body, or the environment; literally, anything that’s within logic can be used by calamity.
Pretty sure that infinity definitely exists out of logic because there's very little evidence of infinity even being possible to exist. That's some weird writing Araki has but oh well, no one is perfect. Can you give me an example of WoU casting illusions? I don't remember that. Also, WoU is not an insta kill and it's never been stated once that the calamities are bound to happen before an attack lands. We've quite literally seen the Jobro PHYSICALLY GRAB WoU. That means it is infact possible to get close and harm WoU, just extremely difficult because humans are slow af. However, when we have special grade curses who move above mach speeds, WoU can't do much. Especially against Sukuna who has long ranged attacks and can just slice WoU's head off from a meter away. WoU's calamity won't even respond in time. People seriously over exaggerate Wonder of U's powers. If Wonder of U was that strong, everyone would be dead.
Also, please just give me an example of surface scaling, extra abstract existence or whatever tf that means and intangibility?? Correct me if Im wrong but every stand is technically 'intangible' since they can phase through literal solid material
@@TheDormantP to answer your first question, Yes infinity is within logic, as it’s been explained that only Go beyond has the properties of going beyond logic, and no other stand ability has let’s give a example. Johnny tried to use tusk act 4 infinite rotation on the curse, but it deflected and killed Johnny. if you imagine the curse and calamity as the same thing, then the infinite rotation couldn’t bypass calamity because calamity has been explained to being a curse on the Higashikata family, and once the calamity been destroyed, the curse went away. And for the second question about Wonder of u casting illusions, it was in chapter 85 of jojolion that Rai Mamezuku was chasing after Wonder of u, and he thought he saw Wonder of u go left, but in actuality, Wonder of u went right. There were other times when people saw Wonder of u; they could have seen an illusion or it was actually Wonder of u physical form. if it was just Wonder of u physical form, that would mean he’s omnipresent as he appears at multiple locations at the same time. And for the third question about Wonder of u calamities being instant kill, it’s true; it can. I will give you two examples. Jobin died immediately after looking at Toru, and why did he die? because he racked up a lot of karma, and if you don’t know, calamity has karma retribution, which means the more bad or evil things you do in your life, the greater the likelihood of calamity killing you instantly. it’s pretty high. and for the second example, Rai Mamezuku going in for the kill, will you see what happens? He Immediately died afterwards without landing a strike on Wonder of u. remember, this calamity only kills instantly if you have a lot of karma or you’re going in for the kill. And for the fourth question about calamities being bound to happen before an attack lands, let me ask you a question: what attack? Just because Rai Mamezuku grabbed Wonder of u throat doesn’t mean that’s an attack because ultimately it didn’t harm Wonder of u at all, and the only reason Rai Mamezuku got close to Wonder of u was because he wasn’t going in for the kill and he was already in the flow of calamity; he was destined to die anyhow, with one way or another. And for the fifth question about calamity being slow, well, that is just not true because as long you’re within the flow of calamity, you can’t harm Wonder of u, and it shows because the only thing that actually harms Wonder of u is the Go beyond. You know, the one thing that goes to infinity until it hits zero, making it bypass calamity, and by the way, Wonder of u himself says this. The only reason calamity didn’t outright kill Josuke the first time is because he was just pursuing Wonder of u, not attempting to harm him right away, and because of that, he only got small injuries. and for karma, will, I already explained that now, as long as you’re far away and thinking about pursuing Wonder of u, you only get minor injuries that make you stop pursuing him, and if you’re closer to Wonder of u, the more danger you’re in. it’s as simple as that. And for seven question about surface scaling, we saw Wonder of u inside a wall just sitting in there, and literally, the first appearance of Wonder of u was him above Josuke on the ceiling. And for the eighth question about abstract existence, abstract existence is the ability to embody an abstraction such as a concept, thought, or piece of information and be immortal thanks to it. And for your last question about intangibility, doesn’t every stand have this ability? will, yes, but I like to say not every single stand has shown to use that function in a battle, and Wonder of u has used it the most than any other stand in the series.
I think Bites the Dust could be sort of a cross between a domain and a veil. Upon activation, it would cover a very large area (like the size of Morioh) and maintain everything within it instead of creating his own domain. Then, he would transfer ownership of the domain to someone like Hayato before activating the domain’s ability. The sure hit would be that upon learning Kira’s name, the person would instantly die and the domain would simulate a time loop relative to the domain’s owner. This continues like Bites the Dust normally would until Kira is forced to reclaim ownership of the domain, collapsing the domain, ending the time loop, and giving his normal CT back.
I think for pucchi we can use the version 1, where the domain is C-moon, the twist is that there is a specific spot in the domain that keeps changing when pucchi open it where if pucchi can reach that spot he will obtain made in heaven but he has to stay in a small area where the spot is to stay in made in heaven, kind of like how hakari has to get lucky with his domain to obtain unlimited curse energy and get a specific time limit based on a song

You know it’s very possible that perfect lifeform Kars could steal other cursed techniques. He was able to learn hamon despite never using it before and do it the best anyone ever could he is also the culmination of every lifeform meaning he could probably alter his body and cursed energy to get things like six eyes or other cursed techniques. If that were possible he would be completely unstoppable
I don‘t think any of the ideas presented in the video for translating the powers into the jjk verse are bad, they are fine as is, but I still think its a little weird how its adapted. Introducing multiple people that can use Domain expansion multiple times in fairly „quick“ succession, doesnt fit the jjk verse, since launching even 2 Domain expansions in a day is a very rare case. I think playing more with the gimmick of cursed and reverse cursed techniques is better, than restricting many abilities to domain expansions and cursed objects. First I will start with some characters that were completely fine as is. I think Dio being restricted with his time stop ability to a domain expansion, having a heavenly restriction that makes him essentially a vampire and being able to launch domain expansion multiple times is perfectly fine. As he is considered to be THE Jojos villain it is fitting that he is special enough to launch domain expansion multiple times. It can also be explained that he has enough cursed energy due to his long lifespan and his heavenly restriction, which could maybe have a similar effect as the one from mechanics, where it safes up his collected cursed energy over time, also playing into his long vampire life. Time stop is also the perfect ability to be put into a domain expansion, since complete timestop would drain way to much cursed energy for anyone and having it restricted to a certain area (which possibly could be made bigger or smaller, depending on the amount of cursed energy dio is willing to use) makes it a good ability that also ensures hits on multiple targets and can even work on strong opponents, unlike gojos infinite void, which left the special cursed spirits in the Shibuya incident only temporarily incapacitated. Kars is also fine, since his transformation to ultimate kars is very cheaty, so two cursed objects being a requirement to unlock his full power is a perfect concept. Now to the other stands. Since Reverse cursed techniques are (Very bare bones) kind of the opposite of your normal technique, they are a perfect fit for king crimson and Pucci. When Diavolos normal cursed technique is to see 10 seconds into the future, his reverse cursed technique can be erasing those 10 seconds. Therefore his normally ability isnt impaired and restricted to a domain expansion and the domain expansion is open for something more special that can only be launched once, like for example an domain, in wich everything that happens inside is forever forgotten, except for the domain user. For example someone finds out about diavolos true identity, or even multiple people, then he could launch his domain expansion, which can either erase all memory of him from the people caught in the domain expansion or inflect them with a curse, that would instantly kill the person who tries to say something about diavolo and the ones that hear what the cursed person is talking about, leading to mysterious deaths with no trace. For pucci its also similar, In his first stage his cursed technique is to steal the cursed techniques and energy from other people, while his reverse cursed technique lets him insert the discs into other people or himself, but being limited to only one cursed technique at a time (Except for his normal cursed technique which is always active), this also keeps open the domain expansion, which could be forcing targets in the domain into a sleep stage, that forces them into a dreamlike state and making them slowly get dissolved/killed. Then to get to his second transformation a cursed object is definitely the most feasibly option, which lets him unlock C-moons abilities. His normal cursed technique would then be C-moons normal powers of gravity manipulation or rather making things heavier, but his reversed cursed technique would be something like making things lighter/fall in different directions and changing their gravity. And since pucci is so special, he can have a similar „Secret“ technique like gojos hollow purple, in which he combines C-moons cursed and reverse cursed technique, to unlock the ability of Made in heaven, to accelerate his own speed, making him nearly untouchable. His domain expansion can also be locked behind this merging and would simply amount to the ability to age anything he wants at an accelerated rate inside his domain expansion, essentially being able to turn humans into molecules in a little time and limiting the domain expansion to a very limited use, since it heavily drains his cursed energy. But well this is my take on how I would’ve done it. Still means there’s nothing wrong with your way of doing it. I feel like Kira Yoshikage's Bites the Dust would probably be a sort of Binding Vow he makes with himself to sacrifice his Cursed Technique and mark a person to protect his identity as opposed to being just a property of his Cursed Technique, but either way I feel it works very well.

I think instead of BTD being an ability, it’s his Open Domain. It has a town wide radius and basically shares the ability it already has of reversing events but instead of it being the actual world it’s just the area it’s localized in. He would unlock this by not having a domain until pushed to the edge where he gains it. Simple Domain would recover your memories and a Domain Clash would revert the memories for everyone in its radius This also is sorta similar with how the arrow gives it to him as open domains aren’t common at all, so it’s fitting
I think D4Cs bringing your alternate self would affect gojo as the six eyes would recognize it being gojo and therefore infinity ignoring him as the six eyes recognised kenjaku as suguru in his body. The six eyes processes but infinity receives and analyses what info has been given to it. The only way gojo wouldn’t be affected by his alternate self is if he consciously makes infinity stop his alternate.
Calamity in part 8 works like a queue - the priority is counted by who did the most damage/had the intention to AND how recent it was. Therefore, I think yuki could be interesting here with her imaginary mass. She would need garuda to get prioritized, then she would hit tooru with imaginary mass - then garuda would get targeted by WOU because it intended to do more damage and not Yuki herself - and we know garuda is hella durable
I mean, calamity is beyond the world and reality itself. So saying that someone could go pass that is saying that you don't exist. The problem with hollow purple is that, despite being an attack with imaginary mass, it is just it. It's mass is certainly beyond physical understanding, but it's form still retains. In retrospect to it, it's similar to a black hole, it's mass is certainly an anomaly and it's concept is only understood in theory, but it certainly is not pure imagination. It exists. We've seen this time and time in the Gojo vs Sukuna fight, Hollow Purple isn't really something that ignores durability and destroys whatever there is, and tbh, it's like a regular dbz attack amped to a certain degree. So, it doesn't bypass WOU's calamity, as you have to be nothing and must not and never exist for it to be ignored by calamity's effect. Plus, once the intention is formed, calamity will not stop at trying to kill you. Tooru could be walking away and you would still continue to be bombarded with random misfortunes from tripping and hitting yourself in idk a nail to a random bullet hitting you home run that certainly simply makes durability and defensive abilities useless. So if we were to analyze this, calamity should be an active CT like limitless, except it derives from intentions. I had fun writing this, I know that this is a take, a what if, of if the JoJo universe was in jjk, but I feel like you're giving my old man WOU a little less credit than he deserves. It has never been stated that Wonder of U's calamity is guaranteed to hit the enemy before the enemy gets close or actually launches an attack. It is guaranteed that a calamity will happen, but it is completely random. It could be in 1 second, 5 seconds, a minute. Whatever that calamity is, not even WoU knows. I mean, the jobro quite literally GRABBED Wonder of U. GRABBED. That means you can definitely get close and actually kill Wonder of U but a regular human will almost always fail because they're just too slow, whereas Jujutsu sorcerers move above the speed of sound.

But even if it bypasses Infinity he still can't write on him until the end of Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan where it becomes thought based commands. At that point he can look at Gojo and command him to kill himself.
Considering the similarities of stands (when translated to jjk) and the zen'in ten shadows, what if the jostar clan is an offshot or distant cousin of the zen'ins that adapted the ten shadows to stands, and they got rid of all the other shadows to make the single stand more powerful? Kinda like evolution where it just happened to be better for the jostar branch to heavily focus on cultivating a single shadow instead of all ten, so they eventually became their own thing. I think it's a pretty neat idea and would be good worldbuilding.
With Pucci version one, wouldn't Whitesnake have it's own domain expansion? Im referring to the time he used Whitesnake's "Melt your heart" attack on both Jolyne and Jotaro.

Hollow purple wouldn't work because Gojo would have to aim at at Tooru, activating calamity and it's still gg. Calamity probably can't be adapted to or countered by domain either cuz of how it works. If you adapt to one, there's always another. You use domain to counter calamity? Your brain and heart shut down.
I could see Bites the Dust being a rule-based domain that uses Hayato or whoever he chooses as the barrier for the domain (similar to Megumi using the gymnasium as the barrier for his domain) which imposes the rules of the domain on anyone that interacts with the victim. Rules of the domain would be the same as JoJo’s: Anyone that uses the Bites the Dust victim to learn Kira’s identity takes a sure-hit explosion from the domain, alongside the regular time rewind and fated deaths rule.
Oh ya and Dio can spam time stop if he wanted to because he is a vampire and he has infinite stamina so he could spam if he wanted to but he just didn't want to
imo a way kira’s domain should work is it would be an open domain similar to sukuna’s but it follows him. he can’t use killer queen for 60 seconds during the domain and once the timer runs out all those in his domain are destroyed by a sure hit explosion. if he died within the 60 seconds, everything within the current radius is rewound by however many seconds passed and he gets a second chance. if he dies the second time he’s just dead.

He can't exactly speed certain things, made in heaven affects the gravity of the whole universe, and bends it so that time runs faster to the point the universe dies and restarts. In the anime he made it so that those who survived it would go to this new universe. It doesn't make complete sense in jojo, but I think this was a good adaptation to the jjk world. Jojo characters would be too op here if not for these adaptations to jjk verse

I think Kiras BTD should be a lack of perception. when activated it instead of a guaranteed hit prevents anything inside from perceiving kira or the wounds he imparts unless they directly see the wound. this matches his desire to slink away and perform hes deeds unseen and escape a tight spot, able to simple leave if need be.
I think only 3 can are Pucci on a highball (if and ONLY if we grant him the "infinite speed" feat because of how infinity works) Kars (again highball with infinite speed) Dio's The World (TS probably negates infinity)

I just thought of this idea for Pucci’s domain expansion 17:20 this is a concept people had yuji’s but I feel like it works more for Pucci basically every time he attacks him or lands a hit on someone against he gains more cursed energy so madin heaven speeds up every single time, I also feel like to nerf it you could make it a non-lethal domain so a domain without a sure head meaning that Pucci has to rely on skill to win this fight and maybe the barrier of the demo increases the more he hits people

On Calamity, and interactions with imaginary techniques: Yes, imaginary techniques wouldn't set it off. The intent to attack Tooru with them would still cause it to trigger. It would be similar to trying to catch him in a Domain Expansion or bombing an area you know he's in, a random incident capable of killing you on contact that would occur before you could set up the move to interfere with it, and you'd need to put some real effort in to avoid having your plans get derailed immediately.

The guy salad bar for toru said that maybe hollow purple will be able to defeat him since its not rela and imaginary but gojo's intent to kill toru would activate it as gojo is real and gojo himself as a human being is based on logic like in the final battle between gappy and toru even tho go beyond bubble is not real and does not exist in the universe at all,gappy's intent was able to trigger the calamity to get him hurt(I'm not sure I'm basing I off memory cause I read it like 5 months ago) so yea the intent will anyways trigger calamity.
I think Bites The Dust(BTD) could work a bit like Sakuna's domain. Bites the Dust could extend through THE ENTIRE WORLD and make it is domain, however it has very unique and specific requirements to activate. Bites the dust will only ever activate when someone finds out about Kira's identity, or it might only activate if they mean him harm. He also cannot use Killer Queen, like normal. Basically it will work the same as in JoJo's. Maybe a quirk of BTD is that it cannot be detected, basically if Kira extends his domain you won't notice. You might also classify BTD seemingly infinite rage as the domains sure-hit effect. Depending on how you want to balance it techniques like Hollow Wicker Basket might cancel out the sure hit effect, but that might render bites the dust useless in most circumstances. Just and idea.

On the subject of making The Arrow into a Cursed Object/Tool, we know that there are humans in JJK who possess Cursed Techniques but virtually no Cursed Energy, and humans that possess Cursed Energy but no Cursed Techniques. This is similar to how JoJo's world works, where some people have Stands naturally (Like Avdol), and some only have the latent yet inaccessible potential for a Stand and require an awakening through The Arrow. However, if used on a human who does not possess this latent potential, they will simply die (if I remember correctly, it's been a while since I read JJBA). I therefore think it makes perfect sense for The Arrow to exist as a Cursed Object in this hypothetical, one which either bestows Cursed Energy onto those who have a Cursed Technique, or more fittingly, manipulates the Cursed Energy within a person to inscribe a random Cursed Technique onto their brains, thus awakening them into a Sorcerer. This of course leaves the question of what happens when someone with Cursed Energy _AND_ a Cursed Technique uses The Arrow, and why Yoshikage Kira was able to double awaken. One obvious solution would be the tried and true trope of "There is.... One method we could try. But I'll warn you, it may just kill you..." Basically, since The Arrow is neither sentient nor preprogrammed to assign any one particular technique, nor is it intended for use on people who are already Sorcerers, attempting to use it twice would amount to writing a second sentence overtop of an existing sentence. In all likelihood, you'll just wind up with something corrupted, and since Cursed Techniques are written into the brain, an unsuccessful roll of the dice would essentially scramble your brains to mush and kill you. However, Yoshikage Kira, a man notably favoured by luck and fate, manages to double awaken himself by having these overlapping pieces of data form something cohesive. And to address the concept of Requiem, if we view a Stand manifestation as a Shikigami, one could argue that the Shikigami itself does not possess a Cursed Technique. All of its abilities are direct functions of its physical makeup, and it is a mere projection of the Sorcerers Technique. By stabbing them with The Arrow, the Shikigami becomes something _more_ than just a projection. The objective of The Arrow is to create Sorcerers, and so that essentially what you accomplish. This is also why Requiem Shikigami exhibit such particular independence; They've become a middle-point between a Shikigami and a Sorcerer.
Also if we were to give Tooru a proper domain expansion, I already got an idea but its spoilers so watch yourself So in the manga, calamity has a priority list kinda like Final Destination. If someone survives a calamity then they're skipped, if someone dies in their calamity or find a way to not activate it then they're off the list. With this domain, I think it should negate the list all together. In a certain range basically anything and eveything can become a calamity at any time and it attacks everyone currently on the list, this includes random objects, abilities and actual people. And since its by JJK laws, he'll only really need this in a dire situation, but given how busted calamity is by itself its unneeded
with the speeding up thing from pucci vs gojo he could probably speed up gojo to the point that his ce runs out from infinity. its drain is very small yes but he does need some time to regen it

Ultimate kars bodies
Making King Crimson a domain instead of an ability is a bit unfair. Without KC, Diavolo is just a guy who can see a few seconds into the future.
Because of how Domains work by the their nature of guaranteeing a sure-hit attack, having Diavolo make a sort of binding vow works here, sort of like how Sukuna’s Domain works. (I also wanna point out that his still has his stand in the form of a shikigami, like The video explained so Diavolo isn’t entirely just a dude)
In exchange for being unable to make direct attacks onto opponents while in his Domain Expanison (Time skip), he can use his Domain a lot more frequently while not draining his CE and frying his brain. It would also expand his domain area a bit more to make up for the major lack of what normally makes a Domain viable. He can also still do his blood trick of blinding his opponent since that doesn’t count as a direct attack while in his domain, thus not violating the binding Vow.
And also, not to mention it's completely useless, since he uses King Crimson to delete unwanted parts of the future and avoid destiny, without using the ability he is as bound to destiny as everyone else
Make the time erasure a domain and make it such like hakaris domain. Epitaph and KCs physical attacks would still be available

I think Bites the Dust could be a Maximum Technique instead of a domain if we rework its effect a bit. For a better translation, he still loses the access to Killer Queen (albeit in this interpretation maybe temporarily only) but the caveat is that he manipulates perception/memories instead of the physical world. So, by activating Bites the Dust, he'd revert someone's memory to 1 day before. This limits its range, but also makes it so that he can disorient his opponents mid battle and doesn't run into the issue of either multiple domains or a hyper-specific ability case imo

King Crimson allows only Diavolo to experience up to 10s of time. If Gojo doesn't experience those 10s, Infinity can't activate so Diavolo passes right through both infinity, and Gojo.

Correction of DIO's use of time stop from around 9:15 cause your half right. Jotaro is unable to spam it however, DIO can spam timestop due to being a vampire. At most seemly we see DIO use time stop inbetween seconds of each other.
This is untrue. DIO is never seen spamming time stop any quicker than jotaro, and jotaro outright says time stop takes a few seconds to recharge.
Most people cite DIO “spamming” it as the polnareff scene, but
1) if he COULD spam time stop he would’ve just killed everyone by spamming it getting close and killing them.
2) in the polnareff scene, enough time passes for him to realize he hasn’t walked up the flight of stairs, then retry. Which easily could be a couple of seconds.

Dio freezes his own blood in order to freeze anyone who touches him so I don't think Urame freezing his head would really work.
Also he can sustain a certain amount of damage to his head, and does not die instantly to hamon like curses to rct (ex. being split down the middle with a hamon infused sword, stabbed through the head with a rapier.)

I think a better in-story interpretation is that MIH is an Open Domain that affects the universe, and instead make Pucci occupy a 'not quite the bad guy but not quite the good guy' role, where his goal is to remove all cursed energy from the world and in doing so attain "Heaven." Seeing how the JJBA in universe explanation of "Attaining Heaven" is being able to "see ones destiny and thus being able to make peace with everything that happens in your life," Pucci still having that goal would make sense, and if we imagine that Dio and Geto were well acquainted (which I personally can't come up with a real reason why they wouldn't be aquatinted,) then I don't see a reason why Pucci wouldn't be able to plausibly live up to the successor of Dio's Heaven Plan especially if we imagine Dio dies in Shibuya to Jotaro (because of The World being almost essential for circumventing the Green Baby and it's version of Infinity,) as long as Dio did infact use the people in Shibuya in place of the convicts in the Prison for the catalyst used to manifest the Green Baby.
Pucci would find himself opposed to Kenjaku and the Merger since that's the idealistic antithesis of what the Heaven Plan is, however because of the Culling Game's barriers Pucci can't get to Cape Canaveral for the final steps in fulfilling the Heaven Plan, and even if you want to entirely excuse the necessity of Cape Canaveral for the evolution of Whitesnake, to C-Moon, and then into MIH; then you could just use the barriers as the sole preventative force that stops Pucci from doing a 100% completion speedrun of the entire universe full stop, and the only reason why he joined the games instead of getting his WR Split for that 100% Universe Completion run is because of Jotaro joining the Culling games (who only joined the games because Kenjaku did to Holly what he did to Tsumiki.)

Honestly I think Ultimate Kars would be the deadliest person in the verse if you translate his abilities into JJK. Mainly something you didnt go over is how he has the dna of every living being on Earth and his ability to not only just instantly learn and perfect techniques like hamon but are able to perform them 100x stronger. So he would possibly have the cursed technique of every family in JJK in his dna (since innate techniques come from the right prefrontal cortex of the brain and can be inherited) and are able to use them far better than anyone (even most other villain's CT in this list since they operate on the same power system). Gojo's 200% Hollow Purple? Try Kars' 20000% Hollow Purple.

JJK killed itself in this matchup by making CE techniques a concretely biological thing. That's not even getting into how soul = body in the verse. Kars is an unholy combination of Toji and Mahito that can copy any technique, physically dominate any opponent, and dynamically adjust both his and his opponent's abilities and immunities. Even if you hamstrung Kars by saying he's not ultimate, his basic power set is more or less a hard counter to JJK provided he has time to level up before facing Sukuna or Gojo
Ultimate Kars shouldn't have any trouble against any of the sorcerers including Gojo.
Since we're assuming Kars has a Domain, he should bypass Infinity due to the Domain Expansion's Sure Hit effect. That coupled with Kars' physical superiority and insane regeneration and he's the clear winner in my opinion. Especially if we want to assume his vastly superior intellect makes him capable of tanking Gojo's domain. Which, Gojo would likely have to try to succeed in a Domain Clash to even pull off, which I feel would be difficult against Ultimate Kars. Regular Kars would definitely lose.
Honestly, I think Kira's domain should be entirely different, like a fourth bomb.

The thing with pucci is that it can be argued that all 3 of his stands can be considered the same one, kinda with echos and its acts. Since its the same thing just taking in different forms and abilities, which makes this really hard to turn into a cursed technique and domain.

One thing i realised is that time stop is actually a hard counter for infinity. Because CTs require a constant flow of CE to maintain said technique so while time is stopped infinity can no longer be maintained with CE. For example if higuruma taking someone's CT/CE is like him cutting off the electricity, time stop is stopping the flow of electricity as a whole. Infinity wont be active during stopped time because of this.

So basically, Infinity needs Gojo to perceive something and then he'll automatically stop it
Gojo cannot perceive something if time is stopped, and Infinity takes time to stop things too (Albeit a really small amount of time, but time nonetheless), so DIO basically moving while time is stopped would be able to bypass Infinity.
Gojos infinity is completely automatic at this point, they make a point of explaining that he has it active 24/7 now and specifically trained so it works automatically after getting folded by toji.

Like I don’t think jojo fans will deny that generally speaking Toru beats Tusk Act 4.
Howevever, looking at Gojo’s skillsets, I’m not sure if any of Toru’s calamity would insta kill Gojo and hollow purple just being something that doesn’t exist within logic is a hard counter to Toru.
Meanwhile, Tusk Act 4 is probably too fast (attacks were still active during time stop) and durable for gojo. And his specialty is breaking through “infinite” dimensional barriers so Tusk Act 4 molly wops Gojo.

I think you missed a big part of why Bites The Dust is so good. Once a person discovers Kira's identity, BtD remotely activates killing that person and resetting time. One part you left out is that once time resets that person, regardless if they discover he identity in this time loop, they are fated to explode unless Kira withdraws his stand.

Sukuna's world cutting cleave is just an attack which can target and interact with space which is a very real thing, just because someone could not react or defend against it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. This was a great video! I'm very behind on JJK so I can't do much on theorycrafting, but I love the ideas proposed for every JJBA character. Having Bites The Dust manifest as a remote domain is actually pretty interesting if you ask me.
Narratively speaking, the idea of Tooru vs Mahorago is one that seems super exciting. A being that can adapt to anything in the world versus the world, turned against it. Watching it forced to adapt to everything that hits it as Calamity ramps further and further up. Jojolion's theming around nature and nurture seems like it'd come into play here too!

Now that I think about it, Ultimate Kars can regenerate from essentially nothing. During the Volcano fight, he could have just shot a piece of himself off the rock and regenerate from that part.

Actually, DIO was eventually going to be capable of that if he wasn't killed that night. The Jostar blood didn't even have enough time to fully kick in, as the fight itself only lasted maybe a minute after he got the blood. Had his body been fully realized, and he kept training his use of the world, he would have achieved permanent time stop.

Yeah, Kars COULD have done that, but he didn't think he could do that, likely his own understanding of things didn't quite give him the creativity to do that trick, a Kars that would do this wouldn't have fallen for alot of Joseph's plans. His prime weakness is his very Hubris.
As for DIO, yeah that explains why in the Fighting Game, DIO's ending has him drink Jotaro's Blood which accelerates his body's realization and he proceeds to pull a Permanent Time Stop

By the way, infinite rotation and Go beyond are not the same level, as one goes beyond logic and the other does not. the infinite rotation is still within logic and, as such, could be controlled by calamity, and there’s only one person in the canon that can bypass calamity, and that’s Go beyond. and remember this: everything under heaven and Earth can be used as a weapon for calamity, such as one’s own abilities, their own body, or the environment; literally, anything that’s within logic can be used by calamity.
Pretty sure that infinity definitely exists out of logic because there's very little evidence of infinity even being possible to exist. That's some weird writing Araki has but oh well, no one is perfect.

Also, WoU is not an insta kill and it's never been stated once that the calamities are bound to happen before an attack lands. We've quite literally seen the Jobro PHYSICALLY GRAB WoU. That means it is infact possible to get close and harm WoU, just extremely difficult because humans are slow af. However, when we have special grade curses who move above mach speeds, WoU can't do much. Especially against Sukuna who has long ranged attacks and can just slice WoU's head off from a meter away. WoU's calamity won't even respond in time. People seriously over exaggerate Wonder of U's powers. If Wonder of U was that strong, everyone would be dead.
Also, please just give me an example of surface scaling, extra abstract existence or whatever tf that means and intangibility?? Correct me if Im wrong but every stand is technically 'intangible' since they can phase through literal solid material
@@TheDormantP to answer your first question, Yes infinity is within logic, as it’s been explained that only Go beyond has the properties of going beyond logic, and no other stand ability has let’s give a example. Johnny tried to use tusk act 4 infinite rotation on the curse, but it deflected and killed Johnny. if you imagine the curse and calamity as the same thing, then the infinite rotation couldn’t bypass calamity because calamity has been explained to being a curse on the Higashikata family, and once the calamity been destroyed, the curse went away. And for the second question about Wonder of u casting illusions, it was in chapter 85 of jojolion that Rai Mamezuku was chasing after Wonder of u, and he thought he saw Wonder of u go left, but in actuality, Wonder of u went right. There were other times when people saw Wonder of u; they could have seen an illusion or it was actually Wonder of u physical form. if it was just Wonder of u physical form, that would mean he’s omnipresent as he appears at multiple locations at the same time. And for the third question about Wonder of u calamities being instant kill, it’s true; it can. I will give you two examples. Jobin died immediately after looking at Toru, and why did he die? because he racked up a lot of karma, and if you don’t know, calamity has karma retribution, which means the more bad or evil things you do in your life, the greater the likelihood of calamity killing you instantly. it’s pretty high. and for the second example, Rai Mamezuku going in for the kill, will you see what happens? He Immediately died afterwards without landing a strike on Wonder of u. remember, this calamity only kills instantly if you have a lot of karma or you’re going in for the kill. And for the fourth question about calamities being bound to happen before an attack lands, let me ask you a question: what attack? The only reason calamity didn’t outright kill Josuke the first time is because he was just pursuing Wonder of u, not attempting to harm him right away, and because of that, he only got small injuries. and for karma, will, I already explained that now, as long as you’re far away and thinking about pursuing Wonder of u, you only get minor injuries that make you stop pursuing him, and if you’re closer to Wonder of u, the more danger you’re in. it’s as simple as that. And for seven question about surface scaling, we saw Wonder of u inside a wall just sitting in there, and literally, the first appearance of Wonder of u was him above Josuke on the ceiling. I think Bites the Dust could be sort of a cross between a domain and a veil. Upon activation, it would cover a very large area (like the size of Morioh) and maintain everything within it instead of creating his own domain. Then, he would transfer ownership of the domain to someone like Hayato before activating the domain’s ability. The sure hit would be that upon learning Kira’s name, the person would instantly die and the domain would simulate a time loop relative to the domain’s owner. This continues like Bites the Dust normally would until Kira is forced to reclaim ownership of the domain, collapsing the domain, ending the time loop, and giving his normal CT back.
I think for pucchi we can use the version 1, where the domain is C-moon, the twist is that there is a specific spot in the domain that keeps changing when pucchi open it where if pucchi can reach that spot he will obtain made in heaven but he has to stay in a small area where the spot is to stay in made in heaven, kind of like how hakari has to get lucky with his domain to obtain unlimited curse energy and get a specific time limit based on a song

I don‘t think any of the ideas presented in the video for translating the powers into the jjk verse are bad, they are fine as is, but I still think its a little weird how its adapted. Introducing multiple people that can use Domain expansion multiple times in fairly „quick“ succession, doesnt fit the jjk verse, since launching even 2 Domain expansions in a day is a very rare case. I think playing more with the gimmick of cursed and reverse cursed techniques is better, than restricting many abilities to domain expansions and cursed objects.
First I will start with some characters that were completely fine as is. I think Dio being restricted with his time stop ability to a domain expansion, having a heavenly restriction that makes him essentially a vampire and being able to launch domain expansion multiple times is perfectly fine. As he is considered to be THE Jojos villain it is fitting that he is special enough to launch domain expansion multiple times. It can also be explained that he has enough cursed energy due to his long lifespan and his heavenly restriction, which could maybe have a similar effect as the one from mechanics, where it safes up his collected cursed energy over time, also playing into his long vampire life. Time stop is also the perfect ability to be put into a domain expansion, since complete timestop would drain way to much cursed energy for anyone and having it restricted to a certain area (which possibly could be made bigger or smaller, depending on the amount of cursed energy dio is willing to use) makes it a good ability that also ensures hits on multiple targets and can even work on strong opponents, unlike gojos infinite void, which left the special cursed spirits in the Shibuya incident only temporarily incapacitated. Kars is also fine, since his transformation to ultimate kars is very cheaty, so two cursed objects being a requirement to unlock his full power is a perfect concept.
Now to the other stands. Since Reverse cursed techniques are (Very bare bones) kind of the opposite of your normal technique, they are a perfect fit for king crimson and Pucci. When Diavolos normal cursed technique is to see 10 seconds into the future, his reverse cursed technique can be erasing those 10 seconds. Therefore his normally ability isnt impaired and restricted to a domain expansion and the domain expansion is open for something more special that can only be launched once, like for example an domain, in wich everything that happens inside is forever forgotten, except for the domain user. For example someone finds out about diavolos true identity, or even multiple people, then he could launch his domain expansion, which can either erase all memory of him from the people caught in the domain expansion or inflect them with a curse, that would instantly kill the person who tries to say something about diavolo and the ones that hear what the cursed person is talking about, leading to mysterious deaths with no trace. For pucci its also similar, In his first stage his cursed technique is to steal the cursed techniques and energy from other people, while his reverse cursed technique lets him insert the discs into other people or himself, but being limited to only one cursed technique at a time (Except for his normal cursed technique which is always active), this also keeps open the domain expansion, which could be forcing targets in the domain into a sleep stage, that forces them into a dreamlike state and making them slowly get dissolved/killed. Then to get to his second transformation a cursed object is definitely the most feasibly option, which lets him unlock C-moons abilities. His normal cursed technique would then be C-moons normal powers of gravity manipulation or rather making things heavier, but his reversed cursed technique would be something like making things lighter/fall in different directions and changing their gravity. And since pucci is so special, he can have a similar „Secret“ technique like gojos hollow purple, in which he combines C-moons cursed and reverse cursed technique, to unlock the ability of Made in heaven, to accelerate his own speed, making him nearly untouchable. His domain expansion can also be locked behind this merging and would simply amount to the ability to age anything he wants at an accelerated rate inside his domain expansion, essentially being able to turn humans into molecules in a little time and limiting the domain expansion to a very limited use, since it heavily drains his cursed energy.
But well this is my take on how I would’ve done it. Still means there’s nothing wrong with your way of doing it. But in the offchance that you see this and maybe find it helpful, then I‘m glad i could help. Oh and Great video! Can‘t wait for more!
I feel like Kira Yoshikage's Bites the Dust would probably be a sort of Binding Vow he makes with himself to sacrifice his Cursed Technique and mark a person to protect his identity as opposed to being just a property of his Cursed Technique, but either way I feel it works very well.

I think instead of BTD being an ability, it’s his Open Domain. It has a town wide radius and basically shares the ability it already has of reversing events but instead of it being the actual world it’s just the area it’s localized in. He would unlock this by not having a domain until pushed to the edge where he gains it. Simple Domain would recover your memories and a Domain Clash would revert the memories for everyone in its radius
This also is sorta similar with how the arrow gives it to him as open domains aren’t common at all, so it’s fitting

I think D4Cs bringing your alternate self would affect gojo as the six eyes would recognize it being gojo and therefore infinity ignoring him as the six eyes recognised kenjaku as suguru in his body. The six eyes processes but infinity receives and analyses what info has been given to it. The only way gojo wouldn’t be affected by his alternate self is if he consciously makes infinity stop his alternate.
Calamity in part 8 works like a queue - the priority is counted by who did the most damage/had the intention to AND how recent it was. Therefore, I think yuki could be interesting here with her imaginary mass. She would need garuda to get prioritized, then she would hit tooru with imaginary mass - then garuda would get targeted by WOU because it intended to do more damage and not Yuki herself - and we know garuda is hella durable

I mean, calamity is beyond the world and reality itself. So saying that someone could go pass that is saying that you don't exist. The problem with hollow purple is that, despite being an attack with imaginary mass, it is just it. It's mass is certainly beyond physical understanding, but it's form still retains. In retrospect to it, it's similar to a black hole, it's mass is certainly an anomaly and it's concept is only understood in theory, but it certainly is not pure imagination. It exists. We've seen this time and time in the Gojo vs Sukuna fight, Hollow Purple isn't really something that ignores durability and destroys whatever there is, and tbh, it's like a regular dbz attack amped to a certain degree. So, it doesn't bypass WOU's calamity, as you have to be nothing and must not and never exist for it to be ignored by calamity's effect. Plus, once the intention is formed, calamity will not stop at trying to kill you. Tooru could be walking away and you would still continue to be bombarded with random misfortunes from tripping and hitting yourself in idk a nail to a random bullet hitting you home run that certainly simply makes durability and defensive abilities useless.
So if we were to analyze this, calamity should be an active CT like limitless, except it derives from intentions.

I mean, the jobro quite literally GRABBED Wonder of U. GRABBED. That means you can definitely get close and actually kill Wonder of U but a regular human will almost always fail because they're just too slow, whereas Jujutsu sorcerers move above the speed of sound.

He is definitely special grade and probably solos the majority if not all JJK chars, maybe even Gojo if Heaven's Door bypasses Infinity which it probably would since it's basically a sure hit (sure-hits can hit Gojo but he can easily deflect them or just use simple domain). But even if it bypasses Infinity he still can't write on him until the end of Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan where it becomes thought based commands. At that point he can look at Gojo and command him to kill himself.

Considering the similarities of stands (when translated to jjk) and the zen'in ten shadows, what if the jostar clan is an offshot or distant cousin of the zen'ins that adapted the ten shadows to stands, and they got rid of all the other shadows to make the single stand more powerful? Kinda like evolution where it just happened to be better for the jostar branch to heavily focus on cultivating a single shadow instead of all ten, so they eventually became their own thing. I think it's a pretty neat idea and would be good worldbuilding.

I could see Bites the Dust being a rule-based domain that uses Hayato or whoever he chooses as the barrier for the domain (similar to Megumi using the gymnasium as the barrier for his domain) which imposes the rules of the domain on anyone that interacts with the victim. Rules of the domain would be the same as JoJo’s: Anyone that uses the Bites the Dust victim to learn Kira’s identity takes a sure-hit explosion from the domain, alongside the regular time rewind and fated deaths rule.

imo a way kira’s domain should work is it would be an open domain similar to sukuna’s but it follows him. he can’t use killer queen for 60 seconds during the domain and once the timer runs out all those in his domain are destroyed by a sure hit explosion. if he died within the 60 seconds, everything within the current radius is rewound by however many seconds passed and he gets a second chance. if he dies the second time he’s just dead.

He can't exactly speed certain things, made in heaven affects the gravity of the whole universe, and bends it so that time runs faster to the point the universe dies and restarts. In the anime he made it so that those who survived it would go to this new universe. It doesn't make complete sense in jojo, but I think this was a good adaptation to the jjk world. Jojo characters would be too op here if not for these adaptations to jjk verse

I think Kiras BTD should be a lack of perception. when activated it instead of a guaranteed hit prevents anything inside from perceiving kira or the wounds he imparts unless they directly see the wound. this matches his desire to slink away and perform hes deeds unseen and escape a tight spot, able to simple leave if need be.

I just thought of this idea for Pucci’s domain expansion 17:20 this is a concept people had yuji’s but I feel like it works more for Pucci basically every time he attacks him or lands a hit on someone against he gains more cursed energy so madin heaven speeds up every single time, I also feel like to nerf it you could make it a non-lethal domain so a domain without a sure head meaning that Pucci has to rely on skill to win this fight and maybe the barrier of the demo increases the more he hits people

On Calamity, and interactions with imaginary techniques: Yes, imaginary techniques wouldn't set it off. The intent to attack Tooru with them would still cause it to trigger. It would be similar to trying to catch him in a Domain Expansion or bombing an area you know he's in, a random incident capable of killing you on contact that would occur before you could set up the move to interfere with it, and you'd need to put some real effort in to avoid having your plans get derailed immediately.
This. Plenty of things in part 8 get misinterpreted but this was a significant oversight here. Having attacks that surpass reality isn't enough to hard counter WoU

I think Bites The Dust(BTD) could work a bit like Sakuna's domain. Bites the Dust could extend through THE ENTIRE WORLD and make it is domain, however it has very unique and specific requirements to activate. Bites the dust will only ever activate when someone finds out about Kira's identity, or it might only activate if they mean him harm. He also cannot use Killer Queen, like normal.
Basically it will work the same as in JoJo's. Maybe a quirk of BTD is that it cannot be detected, basically if Kira extends his domain you won't notice. You might also classify BTD seemingly infinite rage as the domains sure-hit effect. Depending on how you want to balance it techniques like Hollow Wicker Basket might cancel out the sure hit effect, but that might render bites the dust useless in most circumstances.

On the subject of making The Arrow into a Cursed Object/Tool, we know that there are humans in JJK who possess Cursed Techniques but virtually no Cursed Energy, and humans that possess Cursed Energy but no Cursed Techniques. This is similar to how JoJo's world works, where some people have Stands naturally (Like Avdol), and some only have the latent yet inaccessible potential for a Stand and require an awakening through The Arrow. However, if used on a human who does not possess this latent potential, they will simply die (if I remember correctly, it's been a while since I read JJBA).
I therefore think it makes perfect sense for The Arrow to exist as a Cursed Object in this hypothetical, one which either bestows Cursed Energy onto those who have a Cursed Technique, or more fittingly, manipulates the Cursed Energy within a person to inscribe a random Cursed Technique onto their brains, thus awakening them into a Sorcerer.
This of course leaves the question of what happens when someone with Cursed Energy _AND_ a Cursed Technique uses The Arrow, and why Yoshikage Kira was able to double awaken. One obvious solution would be the tried and true trope of "There is.... One method we could try. But I'll warn you, it may just kill you..." Basically, since The Arrow is neither sentient nor preprogrammed to assign any one particular technique, nor is it intended for use on people who are already Sorcerers, attempting to use it twice would amount to writing a second sentence overtop of an existing sentence. In all likelihood, you'll just wind up with something corrupted, and since Cursed Techniques are written into the brain, an unsuccessful roll of the dice would essentially scramble your brains to mush and kill you. However, Yoshikage Kira, a man notably favoured by luck and fate, manages to double awaken himself by having these overlapping pieces of data form something cohesive.
And to address the concept of Requiem, if we view a Stand manifestation as a Shikigami, one could argue that the Shikigami itself does not possess a Cursed Technique. All of its abilities are direct functions of its physical makeup, and it is a mere projection of the Sorcerers Technique. By stabbing them with The Arrow, the Shikigami becomes something _more_ than just a projection. The objective of The Arrow is to create Sorcerers, and so that essentially what you accomplish. This is also why Requiem Shikigami exhibit such particular independence; They've become a middle-point between a Shikigami and a Sorcerer.

So in the manga, calamity has a priority list kinda like Final Destination. If someone survives a calamity then they're skipped, if someone dies in their calamity or find a way to not activate it then they're off the list.
With this domain, I think it should negate the list all together. In a certain range basically anything and eveything can become a calamity at any time and it attacks everyone currently on the list, this includes random objects, abilities and actual people.
And since its by JJK laws, he'll only really need this in a dire situation, but given how busted calamity is by itself its unneeded
