Wow so glad I watched this. I’m just getting used to mine and will find it very useful to know you can cook frozen meat in it. I would never have thought it. Will be very convenient. I love making soups anyway so looking forward to trying this yummy looking recipe. Thanks again for enlightening me … subscribed 😄👍❤️
Hi Penn my first time watching your vids. I'm getting one of these for Christmas and can't wait. Penn just a thought, if you have a space in the hallway where you can either put a wardrobe or built a cupboard to keep all your lovely cosori s ect. I have a small kitchen too and have a lot of electrical thingies so hubby built a cupboard in the hallway with shelves inside and it keeps my precious cooking space clear. This soup looks delicious Penn. 👍🏼😀💝
Oh if only ! We live in a 2 bedroomed flat . I have a lot of equipment in the 2nd bedroom including a ninja grill Pro, a kitchen aid, a magimix , a mincer , stock pot plus a pantry Thank you, do give the soup a go as it is really delicious . Sending Happy Christmas wishes your way
You are someone who loves to cook, I'll be watching yr vids for all the tips. I ordered my cosori pres cooker today and it's arriving tomorrow, take care love.😃👍🏼💝
Morning both ,didn't get chance to view when posted as travelling back from a w.end away. You used that machine like a pro Penn...informative as ever .Mr Steve hope it's a better week for you mate ❤👍👍
Hi soup looks great, am interested to know how long the Cosori took to come up to pressure, as I done a Curry in mine and it took 28 minutes to come up to pressure.......Doug
@@dougcumper8480 I find about 350ml of water takes about 7 minutes using pressure cooker and on the high setting (not really tried any other settings other than sauté as yet). I tried using boiled water but I didn’t find it made any really noticeable difference.
Hello Penn. What I would like to know is would you, or could you, or is there any reason you wouldn’t, use the water in the stock pot that the chicken juices had run into while the chicken fillet was steaming/cooking for the stock for the soup? Hope you can help🤞 I’m thinking it would hold a lot of goodness from the chicken and be a good start / base for the soup stock??
@cazzajee2593 if you want to make a seriously good chicken stock follow this video th-cam.com/video/pAuz_pW9CR8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=GQ2vdnvX_pPCMhO2 Steps are the same for the Cosori
Hi I love pressure cooking your soup looks creamy and delicious.
Me too Rick. It makes delicious soup. Thank you for watching

Thanks Bridget, I am really liking this one
You look so confident with the pressure cooker. I’ve always been scared of them. Like that you can sauté in it. X
I was and still am really wary of stove top pressure cookers . The electric ones don't phase me
I've bought a Cosori p/cooker like yours.. It's still on the shelf unused!😅!.. Seeing yr vid has inspired me! Cheers for that! x
Honestly , you'll love it
Looks delicious, will need to try this one but keep it chunky xx
I think you'll like it
Hi soup looks great, am interested to know how long the Cosori took to come up to pressure, as I done a Curry in mine and it took 28 minutes to come up to pressure.......Doug
Doug it depends entirely on the amount of liquid you use and whether the liquid is hot or cold . I cant remember how long it took to be honest

@cazzajee2593 absolutely no reason at all not to use the water from the pot .

Can you blitz a stew with a stick blender without damaging the inner pot
