Hello great video, i just purchased a 2024 gmc. Is there a way to diable the automatic heating steering wheel and seats? Thank you in advance for any and all help.
The only issue I have with the auto setting is it always wants to blow thru the defrost vents and that's it, this is with heat or ac. The auto setting never turns off of Defrost nor switches to Dash or Floor. Thanks for the Video. I have a 23 1500 RST
@@coop4274 i worked for GM for 12 years, had a company car for that amount of time and have two vehicles sitting in my driveway right now. I can set the target temp in them. GM does offer this feature
Anybody been having issues with ios 18.1 update apple carplay wireless? Gr8 video!!!! Also what is the trick to lock the muiltflex tail gate mine use to work by holding the top button for 7 seconds but it doesnt appear to work anymore.
Try holding it for a few seconds longer and open and close and hold again for a few more seconds to reset it! Hope this helps, I haven’t heard of any issues with this. Thanks!
When you used the remote to start the truck the blower fan is not on high, but jumps to high once you pushed the start button. Why is this? It kinda defeats the purpose of a pre start
I have a 24' zr2 and for some reason this is not working for me all the time. I can't find any other videos talking about it either. Sometimes it works, sometimes I get in the car after 10min of using remote start and it's freezing cold as outside, with the climate system off
Quit repeating how simple and easy it is and how you’re gonna tell us how great it is and just go ahead and do it. You TH-camr sit there and just yammer on yammer yammer yammer blah blah blah get to the point.

Why didn't you use the settings in the control panel.
I miss my 2007 silverado LTZ that had auto heat and cold based on the temp outside.
Best feature to have on a car or truck hands down!

Set the temp from the app when you use it to remote start…
Gm doesn’t offer this feature.

You can set this up in the climate settings to low, medium or high when you go to use remote start. I have a 23 1500 RST.

The blower wasn’t on until the truck was started. So the truck won’t heat up the cab using the remote start.
I also noted the Seat Heat dropped to 1 light as soon as you started it. is that normal
@@ToddHadaway depending on how cold it is outside it would auto adjust to warm the seats.
This is not the way the Custom Trail Boss heater works, got to preset temp to high and fan to high.
