I love the home, and I have a non-profit organization they help about homes as well. I believe we have our appointment for this to help our community ,I hope it will be ok. I have to show them 5 homes I think will work, it's a more personal non-profit and for people, like us with PTSD, VETERANS AND LOVED AND LOST, KINDA THE PERFECT PLACE, I AM LOOKING FORWARD BECAUSE OF ME NOW PRAYING FOR A SMALL OPEERATION JUST A TUBE IN MY EAR, SO I will be 💯% better if you or staff can look at more mini ranch on 3-5 or little less or more ,in like the Barstow, plant city lithia around Riverview Florida area 100 mile radius! House needs lots of modernisation. Is the part of barn with AC insulated? How old is all that horse and privacy fencing? Big $$$ to replace. What type of pasture gras s? Fescue free?
House needs help it’s screaming for an up date , or used as a rental..fence is awesome…this place is a hot mess, the pool area needs lots of work… best part of this place is the outdoor paddocks…
