On the tutorials there are 3 options on the freedom branch. Hero gets outbreak(cure a virus), Villain gets breakout(prison escape), and Galaxy City where you make the moral choice to aid or steal power from a fallen hero which determines where you go after. 3rd option has voice acting and a boss fight the others lack.
