Wow - nice recipe… a few additional tips for a better output.
    1. Use 1/4 of the curd culture used in this video. It ensures that the curd is not sour on day 1.
    2. Apply a spoon of yoghurt to the glass bowl before pouring the warm milk.
    3. Pour the warm milk into the bowl from a height, in a small trickle. This will create a layer of foam on top which will become a thick skin on top of your curd. The curd comes out thicker ‘ richer and no weh or water in the curd.

I put the yoghurt culture and a few tablespoons of the cooled down milk in a bowl, mix it well then add it to the cooled down milk rather than whisking the milk in a pan.

Im not sure if you know this but I use powdered milk for it! all you have to do is make the milk but use half the water from what they say to use and then add in a couple spoons of culture to it and its always perfect. no boiling or anything. way easier and it tastes really good, if you cheese cloth it after and add salt it makes a really interesting cheese

Thank you a much waited earlier request. Can you advise if i can pour the milk/yoghurt mixture into a plastic lock and lock container as opposed to glass?

I wouldn't advise using plastic as you pour boiling water around it. But you can definitely use a metal container - preferably stainless steel.

Hi Vas. Quick question. Do U or mum know anything with high protein apart from any nuts for a farar meal. ? Especially for diabetics. I need to make some on Monday to last all day and I don’t think the family are keen on any starchy farar .. ! Something that will keep them full all day as we won’t have a proper dinner . Much appreciated

That is a tricky question but I did a little research and found this site: www.ndtv.com/health/high-protein-snacks-for-navratri-fasting-beat-cravings-with-these-nutritious-options-2571681
Take a look and see if that helps!

Hi Sister. Does it have to be blue top milk or can I use any milk.. love watching all your Vlogs.

Thank you 🙏🏽 It works best with full fat milk but you can use semi-skimmed milk too. Just not very low fat milk like skimmed milk. 😊
