I love the 2nd to last and will absolutely try it. Thanks Again and as always, great job! Hey, when you gonna play that guitar you having hanging on the wall? maybe shoot some video playing it and use the clip for a Pr transition tutorial/ hahah! Every time i watch your videos i want to grab that guitar and pay it.
Can you tell me why the 5th transition needed the replicate/mirror effects? I was able to create a similar-looking transition with just the twirl, transform, and lens distortion effects.
I think for some people that is definitely true. I know personally, I see so many transitions like this every day that I'm not the biggest fan of using them all over the place, but for the "normies" out there who don't see it every day, it can add a little "wow" factor to a project you're working on for general consumption. Like anything, use it sparingly and only when it makes sense.
For all you frequent viewers of cinematic youtube creators like Kolder, Jon Olsson, Chris Rogers and TaylorCutFilms these transitions could be kitschy and worn out. But for beginners like me trying to spice up family footage, the short film from a bachelor party it is pure gold and helps me understand Premiere. Thanx Tutvid! Love you tutorials. short, on target, accurate and informative. Keep up the good work!
Amazing video, i saw on your top 10 photoshop video you got this intro transition glass like look how did you do that? and i hate photoshop not user friendly or i suck at it still hate it... Thanks
Premiere pro newbie here - what is the difference between *easing in* and *easing out* vs an unaffected keyframe (with no "ease in/out" selected)? Would like to know 😊
whenever i have to use an adjustment layer my transitons are no where near as smooth as yours, im following every step but they are alwyas jumpy and look really bad, I dont know what im doing wrong
You might need to increase the frame rate of your sequence. More frames = smoother animation. Probably don't want to go above 60fps, though. Try working with either 30fps or 60fps
In the second transition, How to make the transition period much faster. Lets say the transition effect was for 3seconds, how to reduce it? ps - Im a newbie, may be the simplest question yet a complex one to me
When you create the animation for the Curvature of the Lens Distortion effect, don't let it take place over the five frames on either side of the cut, make it take place over 3 frames on either side, or maybe just one frame on either side. Hope that helps!
I think you should give a disclaimer at the beginning stating that this tutorial is for experts with lots of experience in the software. And please slow down.
Very good, but very fast. Assumes a huge amount of prior information. Like weeks or months of editing skills. And the end result is a bit overblown. Maybe for effect. But you have a good style and lots of enthusiasm. Slower.
Please stop interrupting during the tutorial, it's extremely distracting and does not make anyone want to check out the thing you're trying to advertise. Rather, add at the beginning or the end of the tutorial.
Before or after you have a tutorial segment would you please show a clip of the finished product? I think this would greatly improve the quality of your videos. If you look at peter mckinnon or any of the other really successful youtube video channels you'll notice they actually play the finished clip so users can get a feel for the final product. With yours it's all editing in premiere with no example of the finished product. This does not encourage me to watch your videos because I won't really have an idea of the end result until I deploy your method on my own, which could be a waste of my time if it doesn't look as good as I'd like. So I'm consistently having to avoid your videos due to this.. Very informative videos, would just really appreciate you showing us the finished results of editing! Thanks!
Hola, buenas noches.
Thanks for your videos man! They are a huge help for someone learning as they go...

Haha. I may have to pull the guitar down for a song or two someday
Can you tell me why the 5th transition needed the replicate/mirror effects? I was able to create a similar-looking transition with just the twirl, transform, and lens distortion effects.

Great instructions, could slow down a bit ha
Thanks for tNice tutorials amazin tutorial! Such a helpful one
Are transitions like this not too kitschy? Like all those powerpoint transitions distracting you from the actual presentation?
I think for some people that is definitely true. I know personally, I see so many transitions like this every day that I'm not the biggest fan of using them all over the place, but for the "normies" out there who don't see it every day, it can add a little "wow" factor to a project you're working on for general consumption.

I love you!!!!!
Nice videos tutorial brother! Follow you!
Hi, for the simple zoom at the start, instead of zooming in, how would I be able to do the same effect, but zooming out instead? Thank you!
You would need to mirror the video about all sides so as you zoom out the black background doesn't show through. Then add some motion blur and BAM! :)
I love you bro!
What does ease out do at 12:30
Ease out will make the animation move a little more slowly at first and pick up speed toward the end of it.
The premier pro is free in mac or no
hell no
Yes but you have to push the free button on your computer for it to appear
How to calculate for 3x3 trans for the mirror effect if i have photo with resolution 1620x1080?
Can you please make a video on *How to do Ricegum Music Video effects* ?
PLEASE!!!
I'll look into it!
tutvid Thank you so much brother! Eagerly waiting for it❤️
Look at FilmVentureStudios video, its called - "6 RICEGUM DISS TRACK VIDEO EFFECTS (PREMIERE PRO CC 2017)"
hey man, can you do a tutorial on a cinematic type trailer or promo video !!!
i've made one too check it on my channel , about COD 4 event
Premiere pro newbie here - what is the difference between *easing in* and *easing out* vs an unaffected keyframe (with no "ease in/out" selected)? Would like to know 😊
Ease out starts faster and slowly slides into place as the animation finishes.
Ease in starts slower and gains speed into its final position.
For the first transition, why did you do the mirror effects? I dont see how the effect makes a difference after you finalize the whole transition.
what numbers should i put in 720 quality?????
Does anyone know if the first transition is possible in PowerDirector?
far, and makes confident about using the DAW the first ti.
preset link plz?
awesome my friend >> but plz talke slowly and more zoom to see what u do
Bruh, you really need to make your animations exponential and smooth.
11:40 HAHAHAHAH
LOL DED
😂😂😂
sharp eyes
honestly i don't have patience to learn it haha does anyone have any presets from this video?
order you choose Possibilities are endless.
whenever i have to use an adjustment layer my transitons are no where near as smooth as yours, im following every step but they are alwyas jumpy and look really bad, I dont know what im doing wrong

thank you good sir, I shal try this :)

I'm always in a hurry. 😩
tutvid 😁
iF yoU THiNK About it he's showing how to edit in premier pro while editing premier pro in premier pro
😳 trippy
lens distortion not working
Tutvid your tutorial ' seems to be a bit long compared to other YT'ers IMO
I know. I always take so long to explain everything 😩
tutvid I mean Its worth It.
I think you should give a disclaimer at the beginning stating that this tutorial is for experts with lots of experience in the software. And please slow down.
I thought no transition or jump cuts were all the rage.
Jump cuts are always in style 😏
hey.. this matters
kill me
Very good, but very fast. Assumes a huge amount of prior information. Like weeks or months of editing skills. And the end result is a bit overblown. Maybe for effect. But you have a good style and lots of enthusiasm. Slower.
dosent work my twirl effect donsent even work
transition complication
Maybe, but it saves time to save the transition as a preset.
i like your tutorials, but these transitions were bad. (no hate)
Slow down a bit. Too fast
please help me ???????
goes so fast that is impossible to follow
Your tutorials are really good, but your to fast. Mabe a little slower to people can catch on
Please stop interrupting during the tutorial, it's extremely distracting and does not make anyone want to check out the thing you're trying to advertise. Rather, add at the beginning or the end of the tutorial.
Showing closeups of ur face constantly is a terrible idea.
