WHOAA THIS IS PERFECT!!! Not only does the playing sound sooo smooth but also the fact that you put the tabs right below is soo helpful!! Appreciate the hard work and thanks a lot for this masterpiece
Thanks for the feedback!
Yep! So smooth and yet satisfying, without having to play super-fast or crazy outside lines. Just my opinion.
This is amazing. Thank you!
Another great arrangement! Really fun to play. I'm an intermediate student trying to get better and your lessons are perfectly targeted at someone with my level of ability but also challenging enough to push me further. They are also all great songs that I'll keep using after the lesson. Thanks!
Great to hear!
Simply beautiful...makes me smile and tap my foot just watching. You're a true artisan of the jazz genre! Thanks, love the song and the way you make it come alive.

Man your website and Materials are FANTASTIC/ Im in my mid 40s and studied Jazz Guitar in College / I moved on to play folk rock what have you / but the way you have everything presented I am playing Chord Melodies in a couple hours / I graduated but never really could do the chord solo / I was Ok at either chords or the Melody / wishing you tons of success and if I find a pile of cash I'll give you some
Thanks a lot!
Great work !!!. Thanks for share !
You're welcome Raul, thanks for the feedback!
You're welcome and thanks for the feedback!
привет, еще тренируешься в джазе?)

Hi Juan, you're welcome!
Just came across this. Great tone and smooth swing. Did stumble a little in bar 11 you have a Cmaj7 notated on the staff but are playing a C6/9. Very minor issue, I know.
Thanks for letting me know!
Great videos you do. Love the guitar. What year is it?
Hi Bob, the Gibson ES-175 is from 1973. Cheers!
thanks
You're welcome Julian!
@@JazzGuitarOnlinehello! Can you tell me what settings you use on your twin reverb? I have one too and struggle to get a decent jazz tone out of it, TYIA!
@@blueskiedanclear-1 Hi Brandon! The amp settings depend on which guitar you play through it. Treble, mids, and bass are all set to 2.5
Top
Thanks!
Beautiful melodic solo! I have learn a lot from this. Thanks so much!! What model guitar is that, please?
Thanks! It's a Gibson ES-175 from 1973.
@@JazzGuitarOnline sound great thanks
A question for those who know. In the score, how do I know that I have to play in fifth position and second or seventh for example???? I am a little new and I would like to know well about the subject. 🤔
How do you get that tone?? And thanks for the lesson.
Thanks! I play a Gibson ES-175 from 1973, a Fender Tone Master Twin Reverb, and in this video a TC Electronic Hall of Fame reverb (lovely pedal, although I switched to a Strymon Flint in the meanwhile).
Thanks for the lesson. I tried a few times to download your PDf, but each time, there is responding email, just to let you know, regards
Hi David, send me an email, I'll send you the PDF.
Qué usas para tener ese sonido en la Guitarra?
Hi, I use a 1973 Gibson ES-175 and Fender Tone Master Twin Reverb here (with a Hall of Fame 2 reverb).
最後まで聴きたかったなぁ‥‥
what scale is he using during the solo?
Mostly the C major scale, but also A harmonic minor, and D harmonic minor. I explain in more detail here: www.jazzguitar.be/blog/fly-me-to-the-moon/
how do you get this kind of jazz tone?,do you use a pedal?
I use a Gibson ES-175 going through a Flint Strymon reverb going to a Fender Tone Master Twin Reverb
@@JazzGuitarOnline It looks like you are going into the reverb/tremolo channel on the amp, but the reverb is on 1. So you are using the pedal for the reverb? Any Tremolo?
May I ask what is the tempo for this backing track?
160bpm
What is the metronome?
that's so fry !
how much tempo sir ?
Hi Dani, the tempo is 160BPM
@@JazzGuitarOnline thanks Sir
what bpm is this?
Hi Jandy, it's 160 BPM
what is the tempo?
160BPM
Hi Dirk, you have a pretty crooked guitar! Just kidding. Great playing!
:)
I have just started noticing that jazz guitar players tend to work that G and D string quite a bit playing rhythm. My guess is the midrange on a guitar lives in the same neighborhood as a tenor sax, sound-wise, so it doesn't conflict with the bass or piano.
