I've got a feeling its just a switch and it could be under the seats near the boiler possibly, you might be able to follow the wire out of the boiler to the switch, its a grey wire coming out the boiler in the middle from a circular cut out.

    • @thecaravanplace

We don't sorry, but it's 2 small nuts that hold the element, it's located on the left side of the boiler as you look at it and you will see they grey case has cuts in it in a circular shape. You will need to remove the element first then order the new one as one is a higher wattage . The grey top should have a sticker on telling you the wattage of the element. Thanks

Love this ! Do you think you can stabilize the temperature ? We want to install a circulating shower so the only water coming out the fausset will be from the boiler..and at 50 degrees Celsius it’s just too hot..we’d love to know if there’s a way we can choose our hot water temp using only the boiler :)

The only way you can do this is on the gas. You can then set your temperature and just use the hot side. Think it can be as low as 30 degrees.

I have a Truma waterstore system in my van. The problem I have, is my hot water tap drains of water over a period of time of not using the tap. The cold tap is fine. What do you think could be the problem. There is no signs of a leak in the pipework. Thank you.
