There is a massive mistake in this video. At the 50 second mark, it shows him switching on the main ultra store switch in the locker under the seat. He calls it the power to water pump. This is incorrect. It is the main switch to heat the water and should not be turned on until the water tank is full !!!!
@@johnlever6696 Not good and sorry to hear that. I have just read some other comments below and can see that @trumauk have replied at least once. So I am saddened that they have not taken note of my original comment and corrected the mistake in the video!
Do you need to open all the taps etc only if you completely empty the tank or before every time you use it? And what happens if you want to run it on gas while it's raining - will water get in the gas outlet if it is raining and the cover is removed?

Exactly right. And exactly why I’m replacing my element because it burnt out.

im new to this and i did notice it myself, also noticed how bad truma are at not replying to peoples comments.

What would be the reason for it to work happily on gas , but no blowing warm air when only on AC power?

My thermostat temperature control dial wont turn
I couldn’t get my water to heat up with the electric, but it worked fine with the gas. Any ideas please ?
