- L'ostéotomie en chevron; l'ostéotomie en chevron est une technique de découpe osseuse en deux traits de scie permettant de réduire la déviation du premier métatarsien et de la fixer « droite » tout en conservant l'articulation du gros orteil. Cette ostéotomie est fixée par vis.
