I plan to book this hotel before my RCI cruise in December and do GoPort to the terminal. Good to see stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Very helpful video!
@@BonVoyageCruiseTravel Update: I stayed in this hotel for my December 2022 cruise. I enjoyed staying there and walked to Longhorn Steakhouse from there for dinner. My only complaint was my room did not have a microwave for my dinner leftovers. I've never stayed in a hotel room without a microwave before. I caught the GoPort bus to the port, so that was nice.
The port is near beaches and Cape Canaveral. That makes sense to rent a car, just make sure you can turn it in around there because it’s about 45 min from the airport! Thanks for watching! 🌴
@BonVoyageCruiseTravel I've checked on one-way rentals from the airport to the cruiseport. It's pricey, but I think less than $50 more than 4 transfers from the airport.
I believe it’s for all ships out of Port Canaveral. Our ship was right next to the Disney Cruises. Maybe ask them via their website? Thanks for watching! ☀️🚢
Hilton was a perfect place to launch for cruising! Cracker Barrell rules! Airport Canaveral Shuttle rules! Reserve that van and check for markings! Bon Voyage!
I know there are many options in Orlando. I wasn’t interested in any theme parks or expensive hotels for one night. This worked perfect. Uber is over $100 ow!
Thanks for the informative video. We normally drive down from the Midwest when cruising out of Port Canaveral, but this time as empty nesters we are flying in and I’ve been researching different options of transportation to the port and also debating whether or not to fly in the day before. Good to know about the different eating options in the area.
Yes I picked that area since I wasn’t interested in theme parks and I didn’t want a rental car. Free shuttle service from the airport was a must! Empty nester here too! Good luck!😊. Thanks for watching!
The shuttle is not free, but you can take a ride share from the airport or do the go port bus, that does leave from there. These would be an additional cost. Check with the front desk for Go Port prices. The ride share I have in my description. Thanks for watching and good luck! It is about a 30 -40 drive.
Do you like to book a hotel the night before cruise? 🚢🚢
Beautiful sharing my dear friend God bless you ❤ 🙏

Thank you! It is a good place for an overnight! Have a great trip!

@@Meela234 that’s so nice. My room had a microwave. I think they have one downstairs? I am glad it worked out with go port! Thanks for the info!
The Cracker Barrel is always great! Their food and prices are awesome! 👍🏻
I love their breakfasts! Thanks for watching!🍳
@4:20 That’s hot pepper sauce. It’s basically canned (pickled) peppers in vinegar. We put it on collard greens and cabbage mostly.
Oh, good to know!! It seemed like a hot sauce! Thanks for watching!😊
With 4 of us, we're thinking of renting a car and staying closer to the cruiseport. It will cost more than the shuttle, but we can explore some.

Very helpful video. Do you remember how long your walk was to Walgreens and Cracker Barrel?
About 10-15 minutes! Thanks for watching!
Does go port only do it for a particular cruise line or for all cruise lines?? Will go on a disney cruise later this year. Thanks

Hello, did they give you early check in or did you have to wait til afternoon to check in?
We arrived on a red eye and they let us check-in early, like 9. I was so happy! Thanks for watching

Does the hotel offer a shuttle to the port?
