Stay at the raddison. They have a shuttle running every 15 mins. Plus, it’s a 2 minutes ride to the pier. Also, the shuttle is free with you staying there.
What street is the Raddison Hotel on and can you park there for the duration of your cruise & how much do they charge for parking
I’ve been down this stretch of highway many times. And fond memories of it. Hope to revisit it soon.

We are staying at the Hilton , we are Leaving on the 20 for our first time Disney cruise , I was told that as for now they don’t have a shuttle 🤔 I don’t know if they offer one , I was told that I can park my car there for 5and change each night . Then I can call for a cab to the port ,. With four kids i would rather drive to the port and park my car . What do you think ?
We always recommend Uber/Lyft for port transfers. Rates are low and they are totally reliable. The hotel transfers get a bit chaotic with many folks trying to get on them at the same time!

This September will be my first time at Port Canaveral. I'll be driving in that morning from Orlando. What is the best route from Orlando and toll cost to the port?
Best route is 528 east! I believe you pay $1.25 +1.00 = $2.25 but it depends where you are driving from. Just have money/credit card with you - the toll booths are manned and give change!. do the car rental have shuttle service the the cruise terminals? and do they have service from the terminal to their rental pickup?

I live in the area and I have to dispute your claims of certain resturants being the "best in the area". Where did you get your information from?
