But the 15% state payment each year for 10 years for the conservation easement with no public access, the 50% reduced income tax rate for the millionaire and billionaire bracket, and then we setup and deed the property under the family charitable trust, and you form an LLC for the bunk house and operate as a loss……abd you get a negative effective state tax rate…..leave paying taxes to the have nots living in the Mobil homes up by Bozeman Deaconess. Ahh, isn’t it nice living under an Oligarchy…..the unwashed get their guns and Walmart wages. Montana is rapidly copying the billionaire rulers in Wyoming.
