Hubby worked in Derby for a few years, so you weren't far away from me this time. Great Lidl trainers to go with your socks, but Tesco should give you some now! There should be more pianos in supermarkets as Elod says, as your boogie woogie playing raises the mood and puts smiles on faces! It should be on the NHS!! lol. 😊👏

Piano question: I have noticed that most boogie-woogie piano players rarely use the pedals on a piano. I have also noticed that some pianos have three pedals, whilst others only have two. I realize the pedal on the right prolongs the note until you take your foot off of it, but what do the other two pedals do? And why do some pianos only have two of them? Thanks! 😁

I've been to many large grocery stores here in the United States due to my previous business and personal travels. This includes buyer's clubs such as Sam's and Costco. I have yet to see one that is 2 story. It reminds me of an airport terminal. I like that moving sidewalk escalator. No steps to hang up your shopping cart (or your luggage if it was an entrance to Departures in an airport).

I suspect that, as with many of the larger Tesco stores, the lower story is actually a car park and not part of the store's retailing space.
