    looks wonderful. I'm wondering how you serve the fish, Is there a danger of getting bones as you remove each piece?

      Not really, this fish doesn’t carry small bones

    Hi Ah Pa
    Thanks for sharing. Going to cook it tonight. By the way, where do you buy the light blue pot. What other colors do they have. Thanks.

    Hello Ah Pa! id bought barramundi fillets from DTS recently and I’ve been wondering how to cook it so your video has come at a great time. Ive never cooked barramundi fish before and am looking forward to trying this recipe out with the fillets i’ve bought. Thanks always for all the great little tips when you make your videos, its helped an inexperienced cook like me a lot.

    Cooking Ah Pa, I'm new to this. But what do you do with the cooking oil after frying the fish or pork? Thanks

      I will sieve it and keep in stainless steel container for one last use the next day if the oil is very clear

      Will sieve the oil and keep it in stainless steel container for one last use the next day if it’s still very clear

    Hello Ah Pa ! In the description there were two type of wok used by Ah Pa , Mai Fan stone non-stick and Deep Frying pan wok . May I know which one did Ah Pa used for frying the fish . I guess it was the deep frying pan but just to confirm

    • @CookingAhPa
      @CookingAhPa  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I use both, both mai fan stone and stainless steel

      If I used stainless steel wok , the fish will stick to the wok 😩

    • @CookingAhPa
      @CookingAhPa  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Try mai fan stone wok then

    Can use less sugar, like 2 tablespoon? Add some sliced big onion ?

    Wow Ah Pa, you will damage the wok leh if you use the metal spatula. Not worth leh if wok is damaged. I LOVE this fish dish😋. Thanks for sharing.

      Taste is important rather than looks in cooking.

    Hello. Hope your well. I write today. As I’ve noticed you use tamarind. A lot. And. Not much tomatoes in your cooking. We unfortunately do not have the choice of all the fresh delicious fish available to u. I lov grouper and pomfret. AND SHRIMP. I’ve visited Singapore kualalampur Bangkok. Amazing places. FOOD UNBELIEVABLE. if u can oblige. By putting a crab curry recipe. That wud b wonderful. Regards to you and your family.
