Is This The Best Mercedes SL55 AMG?

Getting this car back to as good a condition as we possibly can, it's been an awesome journey so far.
This Mercedes SL55 is now looking very clean indeed - it's also been a very well behaved 🤞🏻 it holds up!

Loving the content, as an SL55 owner myself its great to see another SL55 being cherished. The one area i have been trying to improve myself for some time is the media system, although their are plenty of options on the market, i want to keep the OEM look so no fascia which is a challenge. Plenty of Andriod units to buy on the market, but getting someone to fit anything other than a pioneer or kenwood with a fascia is difficult.

Thanks. I'm with you on that, I want an updated system but as it means losing OEM it's a no go. Might just have to stick with my extremely high tech Bluetooth FM receiver 😆

Wow that is a fantastic job, mine is not good inside, stains on the leather etc, can they get them off?
I can ask how much it was to get it detailed as I really want to do mine?!
They are fabulous cars I just don’t get why they are so cheap these are a 200 mph car D. Restricted and a wonderful engine!!

Thanks for the comment! For the detailing best bet is to find yourself a trusted one and let them quote on your list of jobs. It can vary so much this would be the best approach.

Appreciated! Ah yes, the highly controversial car mats. For sure pushing the boundaries of taste but they offer superb protection. That's the goal.
