those levels look so awesome, even those enemies, they look neat and crisp. i haven't played sonic 2 yet, but if none of those sprites were implemented in the original release, that'd be just a shame!
The correct name is genocide city. It's the name registered in the game's stage selection menu! There is no Sonic 2 prototype where this phase is called cyber city, on the contrary, there was no interest in developing it since the simon wai prototype. Cyber city was just a name that never got off the ground

Lembrando que a genocide city é a versão beta da cyber city só que a cyber não foi para o jogo final porque ela foi pensada muito tarde
