My husband currently works at Kellogg’s, I will have my degree in business management in December. But I have decided to become a doctor. I wanted to open a business but I figured I could have a really good job to fall back on. We are going to start buying properties to rent once he is full time and I also am starting an online boutique in the fall. I’ve always had big dreams, my husband thinks I’m crazy for having these big goals but hard work really will pay off.
I don’t know how to rate people’s time in terms of dollar, can I pay them with options? But how much, given they don’t have any hard cash invested into the company, but their time and expertise. Thanks
Working your 9-5 is underrated. Use that money you get from your job to invest into other assets and once your assets can take over your bills then you can quit it eventually.
Hey Sara ! Still have a job however consider in the top 1% in terms of total comp in my country. And 7 years ago, I started focusing more on investments. Spent the previous 15 years of professional life buying and paying 100% of the houses, got married, raised a kid, but consider at least the foundations to grow were built in those15 years - live in Brazil, interests are very high here so I cannot leave the mortgage opened forever, had to prepay them ASAP, now own the houses and can invest more ... Everything you say is true, the only thing is about having time to yourself. Yes and No. When you start focusing on growth you become so maniac, so addicted in doing things better, in studying different markets, different type of investments, that it really takes 16 hours of your day - combined with your job - or more ... you even dream about that, you are on a paradise beach but your mind doesn't stop, so this conflict is weird.... you know you have ceiling and food for the next 20, 30 years - if a nuclear war doesn't start - but at the same time you only got there because you became a maniac .... Thks !

Greetings, my name's Adam and i'm from spain I am a highschool student and when i watched this video I got inspired and showed it to my mom, we got to more searching and we learned a lot from other videos, books, interviews and even talked with people who's on that world. After that process that took us more than a month, she started to make clothes, as she has some expirience in making clothes. Then when we got a shit tone of T-shirts, socks, pants etc.... We started selling our products to local busineses and for our suprise it worked really well, now my mom instead of geting payed the minimum salary (1000eu in spain), at the moment that I'm writing this (28/12/2021) she makes more than 3500eu per month, and we have planed to start selling to more stores and maybe in a future, companies. Thanks a lot to all that information and people who likes to share their stuff, you to Sara. If there's something I can say to people who is scared to make a step like this, my mom was scared too but with some determination and motivation everything is possible. (Sorry for my grammar lol)
