Hi Victor If the handle is not moving easily I would suggest that there is corrosion or lack of lubrication between the main shaft and the sliding sleeve. It could also be corrosion of the operating shaft and the housing. Either way you will need to pull it down and correct the issue before you ruin the whole unit. Let me know if I can be of any help. @@bles_the_hard_worker.gutie5327 it's nothing too special. Well... I do not think it is that special. Warren and Brown have been making Deflecting Beam Tension wrenches for as long as I can remember. I still have the first one from when I was an apprentice mechanic (it is much smaller). They are an Australian made product but I'm sure you can source something similar and in the correct torque range where you are.
