Got a 87 ford Econoline e350 with a 460 and a rebuilt carb on it.....(RV) Couldnt understand why it was running so high....just when i was about to throw a fit i found your video...and found two vacum leaks on my motor capped them off then reset my idle speed now im good to go.........THANX Bro......you saved me a total melt down...lmao.

Never been able to get mine working. $600 carb that won't even make a good anchor. I've seen just about every video on tuning this thing, tried every suggestion, replaced, cleaned, adjusted everything. Nothing worked. Put an Edelbrock on and Bam back on the road.
My edelbrock 600 when i crank the car! it will idle then die. Like not getting enough fuel. What could it be ? I believe the mixture its right. Could a bad ignition coil cause that too. And when i spray the starter fluid it will crank and run then cut off then i crack it back and it will cut off again. Any help will be appreciated thanks.
Got the same carburetor i put it on it n crank it was just fine then when cut it off 20 min later restart it now it idle high i try to turn it down still now how can i get it to stop idle
Phenolic spacers the worst thing in the world. Mind warped and I did not realize it and cracked the plate Where It Bolts down. Thought maybe it just cracked over time so bought a new $700 carburetor went to tighten it up and it crack that also.grrrrr

Went to the thicker mr.gasket holley gasket with a little of the blue fuel resistant silicone. Way better.

hi, the 2 rear barrels are not getting fuel I have Holly 600. The car will not turn over. i have a new fuel pump and fuel tank.

What size engine and what size carb?
+ThunderHead289 a 1992 c1500 tbi 350 converted to quadrjet . put a holley on it 2 days ago and won't idle down.. its a electric 600cfm holley
