cant compare an arcade game with a simulator game.. horizon 3 is built in a diffrent way to simulate the cars behavior like 0-100 mph and conering.. arcade like nfs of midnightclub is just straight A to B racing...
at least these cops are more interactive and least they tried to catch up on you, than the cops of MC2, these cops in that game are more slower and retarded than the ones seen in NFS 2015, to be honest.

While on the menu of a single car, it looks like it has more options, when it really didn’t. MCLA had more variety of parts due to the more diverse car selection. You could customize tuner cars, luxury cars, supercars, muscle cars, SUVs, classic cars, bikes and cop cars. The parts on a 240sx weren’t shared with the parts on an Aston Martin DB9. Also MCLA had over twice the amount of cars as NFSU2 and had interior customization.
They were going to originally, but an updated version of the map but the game never sold that well or got publicity which is why the game series kinda get left in the dust :/

It's condensed to make it race friendly. Is the Palladium in the game? I've been there before but never took consideration of the exact location. I wish they had Koreatown and Torrance because that's where I usually hang out every time I hit up Los Angeles.

This game does have rubberbanding, but not in the way you think. Depending on how well you do in the game, the game will automatically change its difficulty. For example, if you win a lot of races, the AI will do their best to beat you. However, if you lose, quit, or restart a lot of races, the difficulty will be easier.

I often noticed it when AI drives Chevy Camaro Dub Editions (the widebody version of the camaro concept). They have these thin af tyres that make them slow in a race.
On my dads ps3 I played this game and I don’t remember much and I’m 12 now and this game is what got me into cars and now I drift on fh4 after I switch to Xbox and I’m going to get this game to beat and I was going have my get it to experience it with me. Just nice to find somebody playing the whole game. I’m very excited to get this because of my childhood when I was younger and because I can’t have GTA V.

I have the Complete Edition version in my 360. Still a fun game, though very difficult at times thanks to the aggressive AI. Police chases are fun, too, but they just pop up everywhere. The car detail, though not perfect, is very good in this game, not to mention you see functioning speedometers in the interior.

Personally Dub Edition was my favourite, but only just, this game was flat out amazing.

You're really good! You never really use nitrous, just slipstream boost! And most of the mistakes you make are because of the AI! Nice job! And you do this for 9 hours, INSANE! Easy like! Also, my favorite car is the RX8! (My fav is the R3, but any is nice!)
