Things like duct tape on a mag is for ease of animation, differently named weapons is because sometimes game companies cant get the rights to use the actual weapon names (its the same in cod), and things like a shorter barrel, iron sights on a weapon they arent normally on, or a fire selection that isnt normally there can be reasonably associated with the fact that the operators probably modified their weapons to suit their preferences

The Super Shorty can either be based on R870 or Mossberg 500 (in-game weapon shows the R870), and operators using charging handle over bolt release is just personal preference imo.
the gun on 3:45 is not serbu gun though. remington offers their 870 MCS in "Breacher" configuration, Ubi simply slapped the name of a distantly related shotgun. But it apparently is supposed to be used not only as a Masterkey, but as a standalone shotgun as well, so there is that.

Delta stopped using the 1911 back in the early 2000s when they switched to Glock 22s. Not sure if the FBI HRT still uses 1911s, but it should be the Springfield Armory Custom Professional model, not the M45.
Also another thing with the pistols a lot of the animations where they use the slide catch don’t actually touch it the slide just closes automatically and on the spas 12 you need to hold down a button on the gun to put shells in which the animation isn’t doing

The MP7 stock iron sight in the game is also a variant I've never seen in real life. My service weapon was the MP7 A1, with the rear peephole being wayyy smaller than what's shown in game. Game size looks to be almost 10 mm in diameter, while the real has like 1-2 mm ish. Also it doesn't look like the operator's animation include pressing the magazine ejection button during reload. In real life this button is placed so awkwardly near the trigger guard that you would be able to see if their fingers moved to put leverage on it.

For example, Medic Battalion in the North Brigade gets MP7 as well as other units like mine (guarding and security) and many other with service in tight vehicles. MP7 is especially good in guard dooty - The short muzzle length (180 mm) lets you peek tight corridors and stay behind cover for longer without exposing the tip of your weapon. A drawback is the reduced stopping power of the bullet which can be heavily affected by the wind (learnt from experience)
Another thing wrong with the SAW Para at 15:36, the charging handle IRL does not spring load back to the forward position (like an AK) the normal M249 got it right. Almost every video game makes this mistake. The weapon is open bolt (like most machine guns) therefore, when the charging handle is pulled back, you are setting the spring. If it goes back forward using spring tension, that means you didn't pull the charging handle back all the way.

Something I’m not sure if they fixed or not on the M4 I hate is that if you sprint mid reload even after pulling back the charging handle, it will slide back into place without actually chambering a round. The Super Shorty is most likely modeled after the Serbu super shorty which is based on the Mossberg Maverick 88 which Mark Serbu wanted to make a short shotgun without paying the $200 tax stamp so its classified as a AOW

3:45 the Remington 870 is in the Serbu firearms "super shorty" configuration used mainly in movies and video games it was created to be the shortest possible functioning Remington 870. its a real gun in a realistic configuration IMO.
the operators using AR pattern rifles using the charging handle instead of the bolt release is not entirely wrong. the Canadian army up until 2 years ago trained with using both the bolt release or the charging handle after a empty reload.
The Super Shorty can either be based on R870 or Mossberg 500 (in-game weapon shows the R870), and operators using charging handle over bolt release is just personal preference imo.
the gun on 3:45 is not serbu gun though. remington offers their 870 MCS in "Breacher" configuration, Ubi simply slapped the name of a distantly related shotgun. But it apparently is supposed to be used not only as a Masterkey, but as a standalone shotgun as well, so there is that.
@@ToriusHeart yet, we never see a regular Masterkey R870 as a standalone shotgun like an M26 MASS or a Six12, so closest we get is the Serbu Super Shorty. After all, the latter was never meant to be used in underbarrel configuration, just as the game depicted.
Edit: turns out there is a Masterkey in standalone configuration, but it basically uses some sort of standalone steel stock kit rather than retaining the overall design of the shotgun unlike the Serbu Super Shorty which just simply replace the rear part of the gun with a pistol grip and slap a picatinny rail at the top, so my point still stands

@@СергійКузніченко for the record, the K1 was developed before the PDW term was even a thing. Any sub-compact carbines that are developed during the Cold War (like the K1, AKS-74u and CAR-15 Model 607) was considered as an SMG just to emphasize their short length.

Delta stopped using the 1911 back in the early 2000s when they switched to Glock 22s. Not sure if the FBI HRT still uses 1911s, but it should be the Springfield Armory Custom Professional model, not the M45.
Also another thing with the pistols a lot of the animations where they use the slide catch don’t actually touch it the slide just closes automatically and on the spas 12 you need to hold down a button on the gun to put shells in which the animation isn’t doing

I've always hated the recoil impulse plus the fact the the sights remain perfectly aligned during it.

The MP7 stock iron sight in the game is also a variant I've never seen in real life. My service weapon was the MP7 A1, with the rear peephole being wayyy smaller than what's shown in game. Game size looks to be almost 10 mm in diameter, while the real has like 1-2 mm ish.
Also it doesn't look like the operator's animation include pressing the magazine ejection button during reload. In real life this button is placed so awkwardly near the trigger guard that you would be able to see if their fingers moved to put leverage on it.

@@novusordocitrorum772 Norway uses both HK416 and MP7 in their units. Kinda depends on what battalion you are in. For example, Medic Battalion in the North Brigade gets MP7 as well as other units like mine (guarding and security) and many other with service in tight vehicles.
MP7 is especially good in guard dooty - The short muzzle length (180 mm) lets you peek tight corridors and stay behind cover for longer without exposing the tip of your weapon. A drawback is the reduced stopping power of the bullet which can be heavily affected by the wind (learnt from experience)
The safety on the BOSG isn't entirely inaccurate, while it isn't exactly common I have used over under shotguns with that style of safety

Fuses LMG can in theory hold +1 round, due to the design of the LMG. It used be able to hold +1 but was removed for accuracy's sake.

Another thing wrong with the SAW Para at 15:36, the charging handle IRL does not spring load back to the forward position (like an AK) the normal M249 got it right. Almost every video game makes this mistake.
The weapon is open bolt (like most machine guns) therefore, when the charging handle is pulled back, you are setting the spring. If it goes back forward using spring tension, that means you didn't pull the charging handle back all the way.

Something I’m not sure if they fixed or not on the M4 I hate is that if you sprint mid reload even after pulling back the charging handle, it will slide back into place without actually chambering a round. Even if you wanted to say “well the round wasn’t seated properly” the M4 has a button called the forward assist which could have been a cool detail for that.
Operators did not press the slide release on a lot of pistols, and the G36C empty reload did not press the mag release
Correction to the L85A2, it should not jam when firing on full auto. It's the A1 that jams on full auto.
The Super Shorty is most likely modeled after the Serbu super shorty which is based on the Mossberg Maverick 88 which Mark Serbu wanted to make a short shotgun without paying the $200 tax stamp so its classified as a AOW
