Nagaland is one of the state of Northeast India with it's capital at kohima district, it has 17 major tribe and our official language is English. Nagaland is also called as the land of festivals and it celebrates it's major festival Hornbill festival from 1-10 December every year at Naga heritage village kisama where tourists from all over the world visit the place to witness the big event. Nagas are very fond of music and fashion and they are very peace loving, hospitable, kind, charitable and frankly people. The literacy rate is very high compared to other Northeast state. In Nagaland, 90% of the people are Christian but every religion is being respected by the people.. The place is blessed with Rich Flora and beautiful landscape of mountains and hills.
If you're to visit Nagaland, the best time is December where you can attend the great Hornbill festival and get to see the sight of beautiful cherry blossoms.

Nagaland is a land of famous and ancient tribes and they take much pride in their tribes' bravery and identity. You could think of them as Native Americans to get a better idea.
The different tribes share no animosity as in the past but celebrate their different identities. Such pleasant and warm people. If you ever visit India, please don't go to the "touristy" areas alone. Please visit the NE States and enjoy peace, calm, and most importantly friendly people.
Sounds like an absolutely beautiful place with beautiful people.

Nagaland is also known as "Land of Festival" is the landlocked state located in eastern part of india where the official language is English but there are number of dialect , music is the soul of the Nagas...It is also the only baptist christian dominated state with more than 90% baptism in the world. Nagaland has rich culture and history totally different from rest of the state in India...people are so hospitable and peace loving. Most people eat organic food, Though society is based on patriarchal yet women are highly respected in society! Hornbill Festival is the largest annual festival which is held in the month of December every year from 1-10! #welcometoourbeautifulLand!!!✌️

Thank you So much for your reaction Sir. Yes you may not have any Idea about Northeast India but that's ok no problem. Being an Indian 80% of them also doesn't know about Northeast India. I'm also from NE india Manipur state belongs to Naga tribe as you have seen Rongmei tribe in the Song😁. The dress they are wearing mostly wear it on Special Occasions,Functions,Festivals,Cultural festivals etc.. We don't wear them on daily basis. And those dress give the Identity of their tribe.By looking at the dress we can make it out whose tribe he/She is or they are. Sorry for my Horrible English Construction. And you are Welcome to Visit Nagaland and Northeast India. Every Year in the Month Of December Hornbill festival use to Celebrate. Even European and Western People comes and witness every Year for this Unique Festival. Thank you.
