Hey friends! Here's your complete Google Keep tutorial for 2024 (including an awesome new feature)! What's your favorite Google Keep feature? Comment below. Also, remember, you can access my complete Google Course here: tasiacustode.thinkific.com/courses/MasteringGoogle
Thanks for the update. I, too, have used it for years, and I use it with my Google Home and Google assistant. I created a shared family grocery list and just instruct Google to add items to my "grocery list" as I remember. It will remind me when I get to the store I usually shop at (sometimes😊).
I use it a lot! And apart from what you explained, I often use the OCR. If you have a picture on keep, and you open it, you can find an extract text from the image option. It's super handy for copying long texts like bank accounts, receipts, etc.
Just Wow! I have had GSuite for about 18 months and was thinking about ending the subscription. Big thanks Tasia, I am now going to review / reassess GSuite functionality after seeing how you use Keep and Calendar. Clear concise and beautifully structured video. Inspiring!
I love Google keep. I have every thought, every feeling, shoes, etc in my notes. I cant live without it. It helps me stay on track. Along with the other Google Apps
Great video. Thanks much. I have used Keep for 3 or 4 years and love it. I thought I knew it pretty well but I did learn some good tips (labels, using withing Calendar, etc.). Good Job (as always)!!
Great tutorial as usual. Something I haven't figured yet is how to get an image from google photo's straight into keep. I only seem to be able to send a link🤔
There are two obvious stages: 1] draft a note with a memorable keyword, colour, or perhaps label; 2] then use text search or perhaps colours or labels to recover the note… Challenge is to remember keywords, colours, and labels in 6 months time when you want to find the note again. Keywords: I use the note title to list keywords and #Labels. Colours: it's rapid to change background colours in Keep; a note might progress yellow=soon green=very soon red=today; all other notes are archived. Labels: More than 30 labels becomes slow. I use the same names from my Google Drive folders as my Keep labels or keywords; as well as my Gmail labels, Chrome bookmarks, Calendar entries. The only purpose of a note is to be able to find it again and it makes sense!
Hey, can you show a video of using Google Keep using ONLY a smartphone..ie Pixel or Samsung phone? I would like to master using the Google Keep app with a smartphone ONLY (no use of desktop or laptop in the video plz). Thanks 😃
Do you have an Android? If you use the Keep app on Android, you will select photos directly from Google Photos. It's what's on device, so on iPhone as an example, you'd select from your Photos app, as opposed to Google Photos.

I can't use the voice notes these days in version:5.24.292.01.90 on my andriod device, so sad
How can I select an image from google photos rather than just one saved on computer?

❤
Let us hope Google does not retire the app anytime soon.
Do I use Google Keep? I do now, thank you.
Enjoy a more organized digital life!
unfortunately on a phone or tablet a lot of the features are not available and work completely different on such devices
