GIRL!!! when you were explaining getting itchy when working out I GASPED - my whole life I've gone like every other workout and I get like that and I've always just said I'm allergic to working out, not ever knowing the real reason LOLLLL loveee
right!! i went so long just getting frustrated and refusing to work out! someone said our bodies think we’re having an allergic reaction so taking allergy meds helps! but just doing more slow build workouts like yoga/pilates/walking pad helps me!
@@CozyK same I think my body was created to curl up on couches so the extreme exercise makes it go into survival mode which is apparently simultaneously itching and feeling as though I’m burning alive.
I’m glad I’m not the only one suffering through this. I’ve been told working out daily can help prevent it, but that’s hard to keep up. I’ll try wearing more layers to keep myself warm

I loved Calico Critters. I was the only girl in my family who played with dolls though and when I realized that, I felt embarrassed so I put them away. Watching your videos and seeing you appreciate their cuteness as much as I did resparked my joy and helped me understand there’s nothing to be embarrassed about. I’m older now but I’ve since pulled out my old Calico Critters and displayed them. Thank you for helping me embrace my inner child a little more! :)

so a while back i saw a lil birdie pulling fuzz out of my patio cushions to make a nest, so i got a bird feeder. now we get 12+ lil birdies every day, and about 8 mourning doves, 2 or 3 white winged doves, a pair of quails, and one time i saw a cardinal! trust me if you put food out, the birds will appear!! and i also live in the desert so im sure you'd get plenty of birds in so cal!
Ngl, I'm not a fan of the NB trend rn, and I don't know why I can't get on it. But what I loved the most from the vlog was your joy in finding an awesome fit for yourself and that is the most important thing, I think, to look for in shopping is to feel good no matter the trend and to encourage others with that joy❤

Omg!! I have the same exact itching issue! I’m 34 and have never met anyone else with it! It is an absolute nightmare and so painful- exactly as you described. I’m definitely not in shape but not so out of shape I’d think I’d have problems but it’s the only thing that has made sense to me scientifically 😂. Thank you for validating that I am not crazy 😂. I take Claritin 24 hour liquid gels if I am going to workout the next day and it’s the only thing that has helped me, but I’ve never tried layers- thank you for the helpful tip! Itchy people unite😂❤

If you're looking for some big, sturdy claw clips, I got a couple from Acrasia (one of the biggest sizes) last year that are still holding up wonderfully! I have thick, waist length hair and the target clips kept breaking or not fitting around my hair 😅 Acrasia are the only ones that have actually held up for me! Highly recommend

That capillary expansion happens to me too!! It is the absolute WORST! And I’ve never seen anyone else who has it happen to them. I’ve also found that taking an allergy pill before working out helps (I’ve read that you get itchy bc your body thinks you’re having an allergy but you’re not) idk if it will help you but thought I would share. :) love your videos!

I love that the "don't let one setback color your day picture" shows the second picture has a gradient. Showing that there will be a period of time after that you are affected by it. But you gradually get better when you work through it. instead of simmering. Sometimes we tell ourselves something doesn't matter and we should get over it, like that can be done instantly. or we have a partner, friend or family who is uncomfortable with the expression of negative emotions, and they want us to get over it instantly. I used to have the outlook that being mad about something doesn't fix anything and therefore is not helpful at all. But that isn't true. If you try to pretend something didn't bother you, you will normally end up carrying it with you until it is addressed. and pretending is exhausting. I think the most important part of that second picture is being genuine with yourself. If something angered, bothered, hurt you etc. letting yourself genuinely express the emotion it caused can be the first step to changing your shade. (obviously without being destructive and hurting others, that is not productive expression of emotion) In conclusion: preserve your energy and feel the feeling. I used to have the outlook that being mad about something doesn't fix anything and therefore is not helpful at all. But that isn't true. If you try to pretend something didn't bother you, you will normally end up carrying it with you until it is addressed. and pretending is exhausting. I think the most important part of that second picture is being genuine with yourself. If something angered, bothered, hurt you etc. letting yourself genuinely express the emotion it caused can be the first step to changing your shade. (obviously without being destructive and hurting others, that is not productive expression of emotion) In conclusion: preserve your energy and feel the feeling. I CONCUR!! I also used to operate under “just let it go” and then would not be able to trust or listen to my own emotions. Acknowledging the emotion and giving it the space it needs is so important and is necessaryyyy to actually being able to move on!

I think if you wanted a bird feeder you could look into what birds and plants are native to your area, make a cute one on your own with native plant species, and bird watch! It is ssooooo cheap, fun, and easy to make your own bird feeders, plus I think you could get super into bird watching
