    I'm having an issue where my air pressure keep getting to high and won't purge. 2005 Volvo VNL with Cummins

      Possibly water in your tanks an the air dryer is frozen...try replacing the air dryer filter under the driver side cab near the frame under the bunk box...
      The valve goes bad often, can replace just the valve or whole unit for fairly cheap. 4 hoses 2 bolts bendex part is around $150-250 I did mine a year ago.

      Also try letting any water out if your tanks every few weeks when this weather changes ...

      @@WhiteGuysWRX just figured out that their was a hose that was supposed to be installed on the water separator. This hose from my guess is controlled by the governor and purges the tanks of excess air.

      Thing is that the person that installed this water separator removed the 200 psi valve and attached a T connector and attached the valve and air line to it. Kind of odd. Also, unsure how it works, if the system is set to purge at 140-150 then how will it open a valve rated for 200 psi 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️
