2014-2020 GM blower motor resistor

This video covers the technical side of replacing the blower motor on 2014+ GM vehicles I cluding Sierra, Silverado, Suburban, Yukon
This was on a family members truck who installed the wrong blower motor at a shop and was charged $450 for parts/labor.
They installed the wrong blower motor, resulting in the HVAC control module being fried due to the wrong amperage being sent from the incorrect blower motor.
This also shorted the lights in the HVAC control unit in dash that controls the climate controls/buttons. Which resulted in flickering and dim dash lights and non functioning control of buttons.
There are other videos on how to pull the part. I am focused on details here for this. It's a 5 minute job on these trucks.
