I built a slightly different version where instead of using solid walls for the 2X2, you instead replace with door frames. Then put vending machine to block door way without locking it. Ample amount of extra inventory.
Used this design with some slight edits to increase core 2x2 storage and took out the bunker and used a more traditional crouch jump build to get to the second floor. But your guide helped immensely since I'm a newer builder. Favorite base build so far.
Incase someone is reading this still PRO TIP! Place a metal cooking frill slightly away from back wall in center of loot rooms top and bottom sides. You can then place two large boxes on the sides of it and a small one under it. Then two small boxes in front of the large boxes. MUCH more space and you can still cook in one if needed/wanted.
@Swifty at 2:40 I just want you to know you are able to fit 7 large boxes in a single room like that, 4 on the ground in a pinwheel pattern, then, like in your tc room, have a triangle floor half height and do the pinwheel pattern again but leaving out the front one so your able to access all chests. Just a heads up you may want to look into it and implement it in your builds

build you 2x2 foundations high and connect a triangle foundation snapped low attached to the back with the tc, block it with a floor and window for unlootable tc in the honeycomb

I've been using this bunker for the past year or so, but it looks like they finally patched the bunker so you can't place it anymore in the chute in the right direction. Sad times, but thanks for the year of use. I only got raided a few times and never through the bunker.

Very nice have tried to use the foundation bunker on the 2x2 for a while and i can only get it lopsided, this bunker style works very well. I would love to show you what i extended "the rat" into. Had that base raided a good 10 times now and it holds out well

I know this is old now but since the roof bunker update I've just reverted back to the single bunker, people will think I'm mad but when I rock solo I got with a 2x1 with a single bunker, I can fit 4 large boxes, 3 small, 1 BBQ, 2 work benches, 3 furnaces and my sleeping bag all inside, I try to make the bunker foundations HQM as quickly as possible to avoid would be jackhammer raiders, I add a third door to the front and make it so it's a half wall jump down, that way I can hide a shotgun trap above which is covered and unbreakable, I know my explanation is long winded and maybe confusing but... I love the simplicity of the base I always rock 😂😂

8 rockets or 4 c4 and you are in main loot and tc. Roof needs more honeycomb and armoring just the roof doubles the raid. Sweet design. Alot to play with.
extend the bunker shoot with half walls so you can honeycomb the roof, definitely a sick base design but the roof remains untouched making that a major design flaw. You typically get raided from the roof anyways so all this work for the outside honeycomb and a bunker for them to get 8 rocket your ceiling lmao..
Yes, as stated in the video this is a template to use for the viewer to expand on. At the end i say “if you want to use the base as it is add some form of honeycomb to the roof” this is not a complete design

Suggestion instead of using the garage door between for garages, use a single door and make it metal. So if they raid, they cant splash for garage doors.

0JOMJJ I call this variant Farmers Fancy I have two more in the works tho. The features are planters for growing berries on second and 3rd floor and usuable honeycombing on the second floor. A double secure bunker by having the two doors that create the airlock be made out of wood you can beat them out later and exchange for reinforced window with embrasures at the drop down. I included a loot room design from Vice Versa in the core to give the most stoarage space (minus BBQs cause BBQs suck and we aint bout that life in my designs). Theres also optional auto turret spots. Total cost to raid thru walls 23 for honecomb and core and 3 for garage door to TC if they guess the correct side perfectly. Total thru doors (dont bother) 2 plus some explo on the first two doors, 12 for 4 garage doors (they need all 4 to realize theres a rooftop bunker) 15 straight down into the TC thru the roof and possibly another 3 for one last garage door for Tc and 6 more for main loot. in essence unless you piss off some clan then no one will ever bother with this build its way to expensive and the upkeep is reasonable for a solo especially on a 2x and the best part is I kept the raid cost thru doors the same as if they go thru the ceiling
rly good point this will help alot for fast expanding but i just want to say something on the loot rooms i usually put the tc in front of the door then make the other tow foundations splitted by a 2half walls in the middle and put grage doors evrey where they are 3 i think then use the 6 boxes loot room and use the tc foundation as furnaces or loot rooms aa well this is better i think
You only do that when you log off and you log inside the core. When you log on the next day break the twig triangle and you can get out. Its a bunker base kinda the meta of the game for the last couple years
Noob question, how do u enter the base from the roof now that its sealed with the bunker? i guess its only for if you want to go offline? but then how do you destroy the roof bunker in order to get out again?
Hey just found this. However I can't put the shelve in there because either it doesn't let me put the triangle floor in from outside or if I try it by placing a wall inside it will collapse once I demolish the half wall. Did this get patched out?
If this is my starter base how can I get enough metal frags to upgrade the interior with sheet metal when there is no space for furnaces? It seems like a nice base, but it looks tight for a 6 man

when i sealed the base when i got off, and when i came back i broke triangle roof and the piece on that twig triangle didn't break so im a little confused on this
If you placed the triangle roof connected to the triangle floor inside the honeycomb then the roof wont collapse with the twig, because the triangle in the honeycomb is giving the roof stability.
Anyone using this base, PLEASE add roof honeycomb. It is a 1 ceiling raid to literally EVERYTHING if you do not add atleast low walls. If your roof is metal it will only take 8 rockets to get access to loot rooms and TC

if you do what he did but just add bbqs over all the small boxes you get 8 large boxes worth of loot, and its a lot easyer to place

you have to destroy the twig triangle ceiling then it destroys the rooftop. there’s no way to get out once you seal otherswise

Basically just adding a layer of half wall height floors on top of your base so raiders have to blow thru two floors

yeah the idea behind this one was to make like a core design that people can use to finish off with their own touch. that way its not as recognizable

Just smelt the metal and upgrade the walls. Also doesnt have to be for a 6 man. This is just a template for you to expand on and make your own base

This keeps happening to people, you might have place the triangle floor in the wrong honey comb
If you placed the triangle roof connected to the triangle floor inside the honeycomb then the roof wont collapse with the twig, because the triangle in the honeycomb is giving the roof stability.
